I use to go to this place a long time ago but stopped because of a bad experience before only came back because my mom said things had changed. I went on Saturday to get my nails done for my birthday party which I spend a lot for my nails to get done. 3 days later one of my nails broke completely off to where I was bleeding from my nail. So it meant they didn't do something right for it to break like it did. So I went to get it fixed since I was going on vacation and they charged me $10 to fix it which I thought was ridiculous. Soooooo, I decided to give them a try a few weeks ago when I noticed that they opened earlier than the place that I had been going to. They actually open at 9:00 on Saturdays which is great. The service was great and enjoyed my services. I went again yesterday for a nail repair, they offered me wine (which I politely accepted, lol) Mya or Mia gave me a massage while I was getting my nail fixed and to my surprise, there was no charge for my visit. I love how David does my nails, but for some reason recently I haven't had the best experience. Twice. I called to make an appointment three days before my appointment. So I make an appointment for David and he says I will write you down for 6 pm on the day I asked. So I show up to my nail appointment and the guy says he made a mistake and I will have to see another nail tech. I seen another one and she didn't do my nails that great. Another instance ..... I called for two days straight to make an appointment. The young guy who answers the phone tells me David is booked. But normally when I call to make an appointment they say the nail tech checks their calendar the day before. So I went in and David told me I should have booked yesterday. But when I called the guy told me his schedule was fill. So now I'm confused. I guess I will have to find another great person to do my nails. I have given up on this place. I have visited this nail salon for almost a year now and each time I have been pleased. Each time the service was consistent. However, today was different. Had an appointment for a pedicure and dip and I typically am in and out within an hour and half. Not today. I arrived at 1:30, seated by 1:43 and finished by 3:48. The quality of service has gone done. Since I have been coming here for a little nearly a year I will give them another chance... Toe nail color that I chose was changed and the technician tried to convince me to change it to the color he chose. He tried to ignore the request by handing me off to someone else. One of my clients recommended this place to me and I hesitated bc I live in Fort Worth and just wanna go home after work. However, I have limited time with a trip next week so I decided to call and booked in the same day for after work. They were so accommodating. I gave this salon two shots. First time I asked for dip nails and they started do acrylic. I mentioned it immediately and she told me it was dip. This isn't my first rodeo... I knew the difference, but let her do her thing. They then had the audacity to charge me for dip. My nails looked alright, so in a pinch I went back for a fill. They charged $45 for a fill when a full set is $35... they also charged extra for almond shape. My nails were already almond.... I paid and left. I'll stick to my original salon. UPDATE: It has been 6 days and my nails came off. One popped off. When I went to check the others I realized I could peel them off. $45 for nails that didn't even last a week. read more

Came here after work with my coworker. We each got a pedicure and I also got dip nails. I asked for black deep French tips, and I wanted my nails to be long. I asked that they put tips on all of my natural nails even though my nails were fairly long already. I asked this because I knew I wanted them longer than my natural nail. I did not get what I asked for, but I thought-- whatever no big deal, I can go for a more natural look. There was also a lady coming in to complain about the pedicure she received as it was messed up as we first got there. I should have taken that as a red flag but I decided to go ahead and continue with service anyway. We paid for deluxe pedicures and did not get a stone massage.. idk most places I've been to always offer that with an upgraded pedi but again! I wasn't going to throw a fit. No big deal. However, i felt something was off and didn't say anything but looking back it an issue. First they made me pay upfront for my services. Initially he said it was $107 and then when I swipe my card the machine said $112. I asked him why that was and he was annoyed and was like well you're asking for Extra and she has to paint the design. I was like ok. And paid... So while my friend sat in the chair with her wine enjoying her pedicure, I was at the front paying for everything before I even sat in a chair. I don't know why they chose to make me do this? This has never happened before. But I accepted it and moved on. This is where I draw the line. I get home and I knew my nails were too short and the French tips were literally regular French, even though I asked and nicely showed them a photo of a long deep French set. BUT 3 of my nails were lifted. Literally not even attached to the tip. I work at a doctors office and handle bodily fluids. That is a HUGE mistake. I could get a fungal infection and loose my fingers. All it takes is one pathogen! I went up the next morning and explained to them what's going on. They seemed annoyed that I was coming back and acted like I was making it a bigger deal than it was but I was completely calm and respectful about it. Not only that but NO one apologized to me. They just wanted me to shut up sit down and get out. All she did was DRILL my natural nails down so the tip was flush. What a total waste. Now I have 3 nails that are shorter than all the rest even tho the tips they put on there are literally the same length as the rest of my natural nails. Long story short don't waste your time. Poor service. UPDATE: it's 10.26.22 My nails are ALL LIFTED!!!! AGAIN. I went back to speak with them and get my money back and they refuse. They expect me to come back another time and let them do my nails a 3rd time?? ABSOLUTELY NOT. I will be reporting this place, that is unsanitary and unacceptable. The guy who was unapologetic and refused to give me my money back even though I had already came for a correction!!!!!! This is seriously the worst service I have ever received. read more

I'd give them zero stars if I could. I went a week ago for a pedicure and dip nails. The dip was fine. But my pedicure was a disaster. I have ingrown toenails and that is no mystery. However, I fail to understand how Fixing my ingrown toenail was her job. She kept digging into my toe and I eventually had to ask her to stop. She proceeded to tell me if I didn't want her to fix my toe I should have told her before. Trust me if I knew she was going to start operating on me I would have. Then she wrapped my leg in a BURNING hot towel that I had to scream PLEASE TAKE THIS OFF. At that point I told them I wanted someone else to complete my service. The manager got someone else to do it but I barely got an apology. And guess what, I walked out paying full price for my services. If I could give this place less than 1 star I would. I found them on yelp (of course) and went to them because of the good reviews... I was very excited to get back in the salon since they have been closed for a while. I got my toes, nails, & eyebrows done. I told the tech exactly what I wanted and it didn't turn out great. I told her that I wanted my nails square/square and not too thin because I tend to break them due to working out. Well, she did them thick(ish) but they are super uneven. Some parts of my nails are thinner than others and they aren't as square as I asked for. On my toes, I paid an extra $7 to have the calluses taken care of and my feet are still rugged. It makes sense though, my tech was in a rush the entire time along with being on her phone FaceTiming with someone. I was sitting right next to her asking questions and was completely ignored (probably because she was on her phone, she had AirPods in). Now to my eye brows... I am always hesitant to let new salons do them because I'm extremely picky. Well the tech went so fast and missed so many hairs that I had to pluck a lot of hairs when I got home. I didn't look in depth at my brows when she was done because I trusted that I was getting quality work. Not the case & lesson learned. I am very disappointed and feel that if I am going to spend $120.00, I should get 5 star service. Unfortunately that was not the case yesterday. I will not be returning. I'm here visiting from California and my cousin wanted to go get her toes so I tagged along and decided to get a full set acrylic with reg polish I showed this photo to the guy and said I wanted this just a bit shorter.. he kept asking if I wanted square n I said I wanted them to look like the photo (I haven't gotten my nails done since before covid and it was a last minute idea to come do our nails) so after he applied the acrylic he asked if I liked the shape said I would like the sides to be more shaved (again like the photo) but then he proceeded to tell me that it's a $5 extra charge and I said okay that is fine I just want it to look like the photo. Then he made it a big deal because he would have to start over and take everything off blah blah blah I hate confrontation so I was like okay just continue just I would like it shaved a bit more but he refused to start over and or to shave more off so I just sat and let him finish and waited till my cousin was done. When it was time to go pay my cousin cover my nails but told the front desk girl I wasn't happy and asked for some type of discount since she is a loyal customer and is also known by the manager since she is there very week. While I'm waiting for her to go pay the guy that did my nails leaves his current customer who he is working on a came to me and starts going off on me and starts yelling at me saying it was my fault that my nails look the way that they do. All I know is that she and I will Never be return as it was just so rude on his part to come confront me and make a scene in the salon while people go there to relax. Just so Unprofessional and he wouldn't even make small talk with me and was rude from the beginning. I asked for round chrome/holographic nails and paid $15 extra for the service on top of the acrylic nails and gel polish. A total of $135+$10 tip including a pedicure i also got. The pedicure was great and i was happy with it but my nails came out very thick,lumpy, bumpy and my nail beds are extremely sore and it hurts to use my fingers to type! The chrome/holo powder they put on my nails looks very dull and like i've already been wearing the polish for two weeks. Just was very low quality work. This is my first time getting any thing other than a pedicure at this salon so i was nervous going in and came out horrified. Unfortunately, i don't think i'll be coming here again. My services were awesome, but there was a guy in the front, who I assume either is a receptionist or who tends to the front desk. He is very rude! He seemed nice the first few times, but the last couple of times he was yelling out the name of the person who I'd mad an appointment with and she wasn't finished my service. It was loud, rude and offensive. It made me very uncomfortable. I referred one of my friends there and she felt the same way. I asked her to give it another try because I had not experienced it and then when I did I was embarrassed not only for me but for the person servicing me. She was gentle and she didn't rush or massage too hard (I'm type One diabetic so that's a big deal for me) but Baby let me tell you about Rock! He is AMAZING at what he does ! Go see Jenny!!! This nail salon is the nicest one I've ever been to. Very relaxed atmosphere with nice employees and decorated beautifully. Jenny has been my nail lady for 3 years this month and I will not entertain going to anyone else but her. I showed up to the salon for a pedicure and was greeted by a child to be seated , I was ok with that but was seated by the child and asked if I wanted a drink ? Is there labor laws in Texas ? I mean she was no more than 9 years old ! Nevertheless I was barely greeted by another lady she filled the tub with Luke warm water and left ! I sat there with my feet in Luke warm water that turned cold for 25 minutes and received no assurance of someone will be with you shortly .. asked the lady next to me if she could get someone to make the water warm ...she just laughed and kept working ! They basically rushed through my whole appointment... they didn't even turn on my massage chair so that while I waited to get my nails done I could get some rubs on my back. Let's just say my nails have been AWFUL! I don't like getting my nails done because it takes FOREVER! But my hands have been the center of attention, because your girl is engaged and I've finally come out of hiding lol so everyone wants to see my ring lol. I've had soooo many bad experiences getting a gel manicure because when they cut my cuticles it ALWAYS goes left, they start hurting, peeling, and it just a mess. So I only got the gel polish no manicure and I could see that they became less interested in helping me, but it was cool I made the best of the situation, starting asking her questions, made a couple of jokes and she finally warmed up. The salon is beautiful, very spacious, an clean! Plus the way they do their nail color display is awesome I think every salon needs to implement their technique (I will upload the picture when I go for my next visit).I came around 1 and it still wasn't too packed in there. I asked for the matte black with the pink marbling and gold flakes. And as you can see, I ended up with this. The marbling is horrible and clear and the black is definitely not matte. On top of this, during the service I was burned several times with the file and she even cut the cuticle! My nails were sore for 2 days. There was dip power and polish stuck under my natural nails and it was very awkward to get it out. Overall just a horrible experience. I even kept the reference picture up the entire time. read more

The place is beautiful and the drinks are great but the wait time is not good... my friend and I waited about 40 mins when we got there... they didn't seem busy at all but I didn't make an appointment so I chalked it up to that... if they aren't staffed enough maybe they should fix that before opening? Just a thought. My nails are different lengths - longer on one hand, broke and cracked within 4 days, and crooked. I went in to get the one that completely broke off fixed and they did it and did not charge me but it is shorter and thinner than the rest and I waited forever to have them fix one nail. Not sure I'll be back. Really thought I'd be more impressed. Then bam... a day after getting one fixed another one breaks. This is really bad quality. Nails should last more than barely a week. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE!!! They are greedy and do terrible work! I made and appointment and filled out my sheet for a basic pedicure due to time. An older guy in the front scribbled over what I asked for and checked off a pampering option which cost more. During my pedicure, the tech pulled out a cheese grater to file on my foot to which I told her NO. She then went to clip the skin around my toe and rather than clipping she PULLED IT. They do not open new packets to use sterilized instruments on you which is very disturbing. I am so dissatisfied with the service i received today.
