I received an ANS F30 supposedly "free" from U S Cellular with a 1 year warranty. The phone didn't hold a charge very long and in less than 2 months quit working altogether. When I took it back to U S Cellular assuming they would replace it, I got a rude awakening. I was told I would have to contact the manufacturer for the warranty and that I would have to pay for this "free" phone and buy another one. With my experience with this phone, U S Cellular and reading the other reviews, I am not interested in repairing or replacing this phone. I will simply cut my losses and look elsewhere. American Network Solutions is a fake company. They used a mail drop for their corporate address in New York City. The website is fake. Complaints to the FCC are ignored unless you pay the FCC a fee of $275 to investigate your complaint. Blame both Houses of Corruption aka Congress for that b.s. File a complaint with the FTC, the FBI, and Homeland Security. If enough people file complaints with those agencies especially when it may jeopardize National Security something may be done about this fake company. Like you and millions of others, I had both the UL40 and the UL50. I lost count after the 15th phone with Assurance Wireless. battery didnt hold charge over 12-15 hrs. Also customer service is overseas!! Didnt fell they knew what we were talking about.

I just tried to e-mail and then call this company. The e-mail was returned undeliveriable and the call went to an answering service. Why would Assurance Cellular force this phone on their customers? I do think a complaint to the FCC is in order! read more

I am a customer of Assurance Wireless who have sent me two (so far) of your phones. The headphone jack (the hole where you plug in the cable from a pair of headphones, earbuds or an auxiliary cable to connect to my car's sound system) on both of these phones the jack didn't work. I tried multiple cables and headphones on them and they didn't work, the audio continued to come out from only the speaker on the back of the phone. So far, that means that 100% of the phones I've received from you through them have been defective. I'm expecting another replacement phone from them today and if the headphone jack doesn't work on the new phone, I will submit a complaint to the FCC. You shouldn't be allowed to send out such useless trash to be used by "Lifeline" customers. Were it my company and 100% percent of my products were defective, I would seriously reconsider using the company that manufactures the garbage. read more
