The following week, had to make several calls to ask AGAIN. I was told they normally dont give the customer a set of all the things that they just got done signing!??! WHAT? silly you, wanting a copy of all your signed documents. I have done 8 previous real estate transactions and have always gotten completed sets of documents. Very casual and no sense of importance.
