They took time to explain everything so we knew how to open the back doors and use the ramp if required as well as understand what could go in the container. They came back within one hour of us texting to say we were finished and took the container away without any fuss. Very clean, well spoken, well dressed driver. A virtually brand new container which was big enough (it's enormous !) to fit in all the many things we needed to dispose of. Honestly, very pleased with Junk-a-haulics and would definitely use again. Note that I am a genuine happy customer, don't know them other than by using the service, and have not been paid or offered any incentives to leave a review - good service deserves a pat on the back, and this is mine. I'm not sure how price compares because everyone else started at 10 yd and that was simply too big for our space. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because their website doesn't say they service our area and when I submitted an online request and never heard back so I had to call. Once I called them, they said they do service Allen and had me scheduled within a matter of days and were very friendly and knowledgeable providing accurate information. The gentleman who dropped off was friendly. When they picked up I had to do nothing except confirm the pick up by phone the day prior. Great experience overall!

But go there for the monday night donation class. 5 bucks and it's taught by some of Dallas' best, teachers you know from Tsada and Dirt Cheap. Nice group and a killer 90 minute flow class that will kick your butt! The regulars are super friendly and welcoming, I think they really want the place to stay busy and you'll make some new friends if you show up. There are usually some wednesday and thursday evening classes but the calendar changes over time - the monday class started with Ro Chappa and was huge, I'm glad someone is keeping it going. You can't beat $5 for a serious class from experienced teachers.

I've been attending here regularly for about 2 years now, as it's within walking distance of where I work. The lunchtime classes are a nice option if you can work them into your day...Shannon is very attentive to students and can help you strengthen your practice no matter what your level. The instructors are welcoming and friendly, as are your fellow students. The website is kept very up to date, with accurate descriptions of classes and levels so you know just what you are getting into. Chi offers some really interesting workshops throughout the year as well. The studio is nice and large, so classes never seem overcrowded. It also serves as a gallery space, so there are rotating shows to peek at as you come in, or during your practice. A great place to do yoga...it will keep you coming back!
