I decided to replace our house's underlayment after 27 years. This is a big project for our house and we obtained 6 quotes. American Roofing Pro's quote is among the most reasonable ones. Two factors tipped me towards American Roofing Pro. The first is that I felt the partners Geovany and Shawn are sincere and matter-of-fact professional instead of pushing for sales. The second is my wife's best friend Zhuxin Su (who used American Roofing Pro and left a review here 3 years ago) highly recommended them to us when knowing we need to reroof. The entire process went smoothly, signing a contract, demolition, install 2 layers of rubberized felt papers, and retile our entire roof. American Roofing Pro's did a very good job and our house has a new roof. Everything is done professionally. The team came early and clean our yards every day. American Roofing Pro stood behind their promise. It rained after our roofing was completed, and as anticipated, there was no leak. The foreman Ismael is a very skillful professional, who led the team throughout the 10 day project. There was a rain at the end of the 4th day, but they came to install all the underlayment felt papers on the fourth day (a Saturday) before the rain in order to protect my house from leaking. Without tiles, my house did not leak under the medium rain. This turned out to be a good test of their installation quality. It took another 6 days for them to install the tiles. My reroofing passed LA city inspection with a certificate placed in my electrical box. I have many good words about American Roofing Pro. To summarize, they are professional, trustworthy, offer quality work, perform according to what they promised on the contract and serve their customers' interest well. Needed our roof completely replaced and called American Roofing Pro. Don't hesitate -- fantastic experience overall. Before starting, we got 5 different quotes. American Roofing Pro was the first quote we got because Shawn called back quickly and came over the next day to take measurements. He did a great job communicating and explaining everything we needed done and didn't nickel and dime you (such as charging per layer removal). Can't say that for the other quotes I got -- American Roofing Pro ended up being the lowest quote by far for a company that is bonded and insured. Should have stopped our search earlier! During the job, the guys who were working on the house were so nice and respectful, always cleaned up after each day. A large crew worked in very chilly weather on our two story roof. They tracked down some replacement tiles for the broken and discontinued ones (our roof is 38 years old). They started complete tear off on Mon-Mar 22, 2021 and finished the roofing job on Thur-Mar 25,2021.They put new roofing on our house and garage. I spoke to Shawn, the manager. I am deeply grateful to Shawn, Geovany and the wonderful workers in American Roofing Pro, who literally rescued my house roof from severe ruins by the former roofer, who began to work on my roof on Jan. 7 but stopped working on it on Jan. 13, 2022. Worse still, the former roofer left half of the plywood panels on my roof exposed to open air - and to heavy showers on Jan. 15 and then a major rain fall on Jan. 17, 2022, which resulted in multiple rain water leaks through the thin plywood panels into my house, causing water damages in my living room, family room, office, air vent, master bedroom and garage, and left us in deep panic, calling for emergency help from other roofing companies, after we failed to reach the former roofer with repeated phone calls and text messages well before the rain falls. Several roofing companies came to inspect the mess on our roof but shook their heads and left because they could not solve the problems on our roof.
