My United ( yes my mistake ) was left with my key on the door open for a week. Not until the previous property manager was there on a Saturday did I find out ! Dan didn't even call us if lock checks were made he would have seen it. But again my mistake ! But he didn't even Owen up to his lack of responsibility for his job. Still waiting for a call. Oh yes careful rent goes up after 6 months. I went from $90 to $125 a month. Owners should be more mindful of their employees and their responsibilities and NOT doing what they should. Free money is alway great I guess. I'd like a job where I wouldn't be held accountable for my lack of accountability and actions. Oh yes careful with lower units, by the wall towards the back of the lower side, they sometimes leak from the rain.
