I called Justin at American Standard Electric when the breaker in my kitchen kept tripping. I'd had several other electricians over, but no one could identify the problem. In addition to worrying about losing the food in my refrigerator, I was very stressed about the potential for a dangerous event in my house. Justin immediately sent two very professional and knowledgeable guys to my home and they conducted a thorough assessment looking for the source of the problem. He assured me they would stay with it until they solved the problem. The guys even went up into the attic and eventually determined that an outside outlet was the culprit. No one else had even looked at that particular outlet. They repaired it on the spot. I would recommend this company to anyone needing an electrician with knowledge and integrity. I have never had them to my home for repairs but I will in the future if I need an electrician. I have a very good reason! I had a dilemma at my house the other day and they were good enough to walk me through it on the phone. My outlet in my bathroom went out and it also affected my front bathroom too. I was desperate and hit the reset buttons and also the breaker with no luck. I called American Standard and he was so polite to me and told me that he wanted to make sure we couldn't solve the problem before he charged me anything. Turned out that I wasn't moving enough buttons on the breaker to control turning the outlet back on but he walked me through everything. I just had the most positive experience. I called at 8 am, and there were two technicians at my house within the hour to check on a breaker. They were so thorough as to not just fix the breaker, but to go the extra step to find the reason the breaker was flipped. Lo and behold, once up in the attic they found a faulty repair job by a different electrician that might have been disastrous if not discovered, as it was a fire hazard. Great service, arrived on time, crawled into the attic, corrected the problems caused by a previous electrician, fixed two outlets and light fixture in about an hour and at a great price!
