It was 5:25 when we got back and apparently she had closed up and gone home even after she knew we were headed back to get the piercing. The piercings themselves are well done, she was informative when I asked about the piercing and which type of jewelry I should use. As well, my sister has gotten her eyebrows done here and they were done well. This experience was just very inconveniencing as we had to go there, go back, then go there again. I would recommend this place if you go earlier in the day, so there is no chance of them closing up early.

The process goes: complete an interest form online, they call to chat and set you up an appointment time with your preferred artist, go in and pay the down payment (CASH ONLY), they fill you in on the day-of process, and you go for your appointment. They were super clear and communicative about the process for everything, and very kind the whole time. Shira was fabulous, she didn't rush us even when my husband couldn't decide on size or placement. She was thorough, her designs incredible, did a great job, and even consulted about a cover up I want done. We're looking forward to having her do future tattoos! The shop is so cool, I loved just walking around. They have tons of merch and other cool stuff, but another warning it's all cash-only. They have an ATM on site if you need one. They recommended coming in after a few weeks so they can resize the piece, after swelling goes down. There is no extra charge for this. I let them know I was just shopping for new jewelry and how my nose stud had fallen out. They said that was fine and asked questions about how long it had been out, reassuring me it would be fine. They then sent over a wonderful girly-pop who was very knowledgeable about these piercings and what the difference was. After that, I went to the piercer to have them professionally installed because I didn't want to risk doing something wrong or losing my brand new stud. The Piercer was amazing and professional and clean. My son is not a fan of needles and of course this is right in front of his eyes. He closed them and did great til the end- and this is where the piercer shined. My son immediately afterward went white and clammy. They gave me what I needed to care for my piercing instead of telling to go buy something and they said that if I had any issues, like it coming out, to just stop by and they would take care of it. They also said when I'm easy for a change, they would do it, which will be soon. They also had a really awesome selection of nose jewelry I hadn't seen anywhere else other than the regular rhinestone studs.
