Juan was amazing. I went to the wrong American tire depot but man was this experience so much better. I was welcomed right away, talked to courteously and was given my quote and an expected time of finish signing 5 minutes of arriving. I got there around 3:45 or so and left around 4:10. I had one tire burst on the freeway while on a family trip and needed a new one to keep me going. The pros here got my little family and I back on the road in no time. As for the shop it's clean, it has a bathroom, no water fountain or drink station or vending machine. It has a tv and multiple armed seats. Parking was easy and leaving was also easy. Excellent tire shop. Great service -- things get done really fast, especially compared to other full-service body shops. You know, they don't call body shops body shops for no reason, because they usually charge an arm and a leg... Told me that my Tire could not be patched because the nail and he was gonna have to drill it, and he only had small patches. He could not guarantee the took it to another shop.
