We went back where was purchased, the car has gold certified warranty. We were told $210.00 diagnostic machine. If determined user error to damage the outlet, we'd have to pay the fee. If system malfunction, we don't pay the $210. If it was user error, it wasn't us, we've only had it three weeks. It didn't matter. We didn't want to take the chance to be told user error. All this to say, we I took the car to Ruben's. I'd rather pay them instead of Toyota service dept. Within 30 minutes, it was determined the fuse was blown, replaced on the spot! We figured it was the fuse per what we searched online. But Toyota service dept wouldn't even discuss it Wanted to share and give credit to Ruben's Automotive. We have taken our vehicles there for a while and always receive excellent service and reasonable $$. I paid less than peanuts for replacing the fuse. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Thank you for everything! Came in for the holidays to visit friends and family. When all of a sudden my tire goes flat on me! I attempted to put my spare on but it was just as bad. Drove around until i seen a shop with like over 1000 tires outside!! G and ART where supper friendly when i walked. I seriously thought i was gonna get hustled because i am woman! Nope! I came out with a bill no more than $400 alignment and all! Apparently my alignment was way off and all my tires where all about to go! Out of curiosity i called around for a lower price for the same tire. Size and brand BFG (NOT A CHEAP TIRE). $600 plus!! Not including alignment!! That was with their ''buy three, get one free'' BS!! p.s they even put one of my better old tires on my spare without me telling them ! Again thank you. RECOMMENDED TO ALL! read more

from the minute, i walked to the door i was greeted with a smile by one of the manager(s). he was courteous, friendly knowledgeable, enthusiastic positive and went out of his way to explain what were my options and and saved me money because he was honest about the work that had to be done, which was installing a new tire. i really thought that it would require suspension work and in the end i could be more satisfied with saving a whole lotta money i highly recommend american tire depot in the city of cerritos to indian know as you will be treated with respect and leave confidently, knowing that the work that was done was based on integrity read more

American Tire Service, across from the Madera Post Office, provides excellent Customer service and tire products and service. Art is the manager and has really knowledgeable and "real" experienced technicians (Angel, and others) that know the auto tire and and maintenance business! These guys are great and take care of you like family. Go meet them, they will provide excellent products and service. They really came through for me when I needed them. Flat tire in the middle of nowhere and the only place open for literally another minute and they stay open for me! I was quoted a price over the phone but it worked out to be a bit more. G honored the quoted price. Edwin replaced my tire, was very nice and showed me how bad my other tire is. My cellphone is nearly dead and I'm without a charger, G let me hang out after hours while he finished up and charge it. I cannot say enough good things. I live 40 min away but will be back to replace another one of my tires that is a piece of shit as soon as affordable! Thank you so much for everything!!! read more

The tires on my car were worn out from the center and hard to tell. Was taking my car elsewhere for rotation and balance but they didn't bring it to my attention. Jose was extremely helpful on explaining what caused the tires to get worn out and how to prevent it as well of other things to look for. He has a wealth of knowledge and has great customer service. I'm always skeptical, if I'm getting a good deal, and if places are being honest but at American Tire Depot I know I can trust them when it comes to maintenance on my vehicles. read more

I've been to three other places in Madera. This place had the best price, and most of the reason I came back was the generosity and the customer service. They get you the best price they can. I have always came here to do my oil changes here and never had a problem. I got my oil changed and the works you know tire rotation etc. I went straight home did not move my car till the next morning. As I was backing out of my driveway I hear a loud scratching sound. I get out and a piece of my car was on the ground. It was a cover that they had to remove to get to the oil. So I drove straight to American Tire. They took a look at my car took full responsibility and fixed it. I'm a loyal customer but know I'm just not sure. read more

My tire had a tear and was about to shred. I called American Tire Depot and their prices were WAY better than anyone else. I had a rough day and was in a bad mood and I was a complete ass to the manager, (didn't get his name) The manager was completely kind, got my cars tires taken care of all in 40mins. So I've been going to these guys for almost 5 years, and they always give me the best service! I'm a guy that has to be up on his oil changes, and they are the lowest price in town, (as well as open on the weekend when I can actually get time to attend to the car...) so they are always my 1st choice. I was on the 99 headed to see some family when I noticed my tire lite was on. Turns out my tires were in terrible condition so I pulled off at the next exit. I called in and Jose answered with great customer service. I told him I was pressed for time and he told me to come on in no problem. I called in same day to see if I could get my tire patched from a thumbnail tac and they had time to take me right away! It turned out that my tire could not be patched, but the tires did need to be replaced regardless. Edwin helped me with scheduling and pricing, he made it so easy! Some safety issues were brought to my attention and I felt as if my opinion and concerns were truly taken into consideration. Blew a tire on the freeway and had my 4Runner towed to American Tire depot. Best decision, Jose was helpful and responsive. Not only super friendly but quickly noticed a leak that had been caused by the tow. He took pictures and gave me his number ! There are still good people out there ! Most helpful service I've had!!! After popping my tire on the side of the road I called ahead and they were able to get me in ASAP with no wait at all. They checked all tires, changed two of them and fixed my alignment in less than 1 hour. Art and G were both in outstanding customer service and time management knowing we were headed on a trip.
