I was so frustrated and depleted. It consumed my life. Writing letter after letter. Sending police reports and identity theft reports to prove that someone in an entirely different state was pretending to be me. Someone got several apartments, Direct TV, cell phone service, multiple credit cards and God knows what else in my name. I now have a credit monitoring service that I pay a monthly fee for and a credit freeze to prevent this from ever happening again. Literally, in less than 3 weeks after signing up for her services and sharing my experience. Valerie was able to get 5 items removed from my credit report. (one credit bureau) I'm notified daily by my credit monitoring service when something is added or removed from my credit report. I can't thank her enough for helping me and continuing to help me. She is amazing at what she does.
