He was flexible and was able to work around my tight schedule. I really appreciate the work that he did. They completely removed both trees, the stumps, and ground it down at least 6 inches into the ground to make sure the tree was gone and never to return. This man ... Jesse ... was dropping branches everywhere without using ropes. He and his team trampled my plants, broke my neighbors pool pump.. killed my redbud and many roses amongst other plants. When confronted he was argumentative. When asked to fix the neighbors pump he refused. When the neighbor wanted his bond/insurance to cover this... he illegally tried to get her to sign basically a gag order. .. Very very unprofessional. I had to look up his bond information because he was uncooperative. I am in the process of contacting the State Licensing Board as well as Department of insurance. After he had started trimming the tree(branches we didn't ask him to cut) he then disappeared from the job and called demanding more money. Not to mention they moved my stuff onto and killed a snowball bush that was clearly marked with border bricks. read more

Jessie was friendly and easy to talk to about my ideas for my trees. Jessie and his crew showed up on time and worked through a small rain shower to finish. They took 20 feet off of one of my trees and 15 off the other. When finished the area around the trees look but than before they started. They did a great job and I will hire them again. read more

While watching Jesse cut down my 70 ft tall redwood tree, I was in awe of his skill and hard work. The tree was in a difficult location for him in my backyard, but that didn't seem to phase him. Jesse was prompt and totally knowledgeable. We have two trees that are goners in our front yard. He took a look, gave us a reasonable bid, and even asked if we wanted the wood for firewood. We are totally impressed. He knows his stuff and he was prompt and polite. Having used a tree service out of Vacaville for a house in Dixon, I was expecting to wait a couple of months. I was shocked.
