AVW was recommended to us and had great reviews. Scheduling was easy, and the work was completed quickly. The windows themselves are fine. However, my husband and I would not recommend this company due to the lack of care they showed in our home. When reinstalling the framing, they completely scratched and dented several areas and even made small holes in two of our walls. They also broke our security sign outside and left screws and nails scattered in our yard as well as our neighbors. When I called to inform them of this, customer service reviewed the photos and tried to claim that we had attempted to paint over the framing ourselves, which is not true. We have no kids or pets, and our paint is only about a year old. Now, we have to pay to have these areas patched, sanded, and repainted. Although they offered to send someone out to inspect the damage, it seemed pointless since they do not provide painting services. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this company, as the quality of care did not match the price we paid. read more

We've had our beautiful, American Vision Windows, since 2020 when we did our remodel. My wife and I both agree that our windows were the most significant thing , to this day, that we did! In other words, the most life changing, in a positive way! Fast forward 5 years, we had a trim section peel back slightly, so I made a call to AVW and was connected to Valentin, he was eager to fix our problem and we set a date for repair. Valentin kept in touch during the days to follow and he dispatched Henry, as promised! Henry showed up on time with his assistant, Hector, they both were very pleasant and immediately went to work. Wow, when they finished, in a timely manner, I was extremely pleased with the quality of their work! It actually looked better than new, these two need to be commended on every level of their work! Terrible ethics for American vision Windows, O.C. at least. We used them for some home remodeling, in Irvine, Quail Hill section, last week. Do not want to give the exact address in case they seek retibution. There were 2 employees. One did all the work, 1 just sat in the work truck, that was illegally parked, in the handicap spot, all day. Which says all you need to know about this company. Even when we let the corporate office know how unethical the employees were being, they didn't do anything about it. There are way too many options out there, to bother using a company that has no morals. read more

We have our mixed opinions about American Vision Windows. Ultimately, we liked the windows that were installed and the staff (schedulers, stucco person, onsite crew, etc.) are nice. However, we feel like we were oversold on some things that was not true. Consultation: We were told there would be double lock on the windows. Only some of the windows had double lock on it. Instead of it being two-lite window, it would be three-lite window. None of the windows ended up being three-lite. Measurements: Additionally, when window measurements were being done, we ended up paying more than the initial quote because tempered glass was needed for our kitchen and bathroom window. This was not caught in the initial consultation. Lead-time: Although we were given a timeframe of 8-12 weeks, it felt nerve wracking having to constantly follow up on when our windows would arrive. I wish there was a website tracker or something, so I didn't have to follow up so often. Installation: I wasn't home the day the windows were being installed, but my husband said booties were not worn, so we had to do a thorough mop the next days. There was also quite a lot of dust (including glass shards) and residue left behind. If I could do it again, I'm not sure if I would have gone with American Vision Window. With the initial quote not being accurate, I wasn't sure if I wasn't get the best deal any longer, and things were told to us to seal the deal, but ultimately was not 100% correct. Pros: -financing option -staff was nice -they helped us through the permitting process Cons: -oversold -initial estimates weren't accurate -long lead time -booties were not worn -had to constantly follow up read more

Overall, really great result but the attention to detail could improve. For the money, I am very happy and would definitely do business with American Vision again; their installers are very hard working and friendly. Alfredo, Victor, Hector, and Andrew did an excellent job on day 1 getting most of the windows installed. On day 2, Alexis and Danny were under-staffed but still somehow managed to lift and install the remaining balcony sliding door. On day 3, Henry was able to quickly replace the damaged screen door. Throughout the entire project Valentin was very helpful and responsive with scheduling and coordinating the job. All of them were very nice, respectful, and overall did good work. The only thing holding me back from giving 5 stars is that there was a delay on my final sliding/screen door that extended the project by several weeks (it was apparently cracked from the factory). Obviously the installers didn't have anything to do with this. However the installers did leave minor damage to my walls near the installation that I'll need to patch and repaint; no big deal but I would have liked some protective layer to prevent this. On my second sliding door casing, the attempt at patching the nails was pretty bad and was done very quickly; it's very rough and discolored. Compare it to the first one where everything is minimal and clean (see photos for comparison). The result is night and day, and we're clearly done by 2 different people. Again I will need to go through to sand it and repaint it myself because it looks terrible even if it is a minor detail. I'm really not sure anyone can find windows for a better value: the heat protection and ease of use is a huge improvement over our previous windows. The crew was friendly and even if the result was a little rough in some places, the value is still superb. Definitely give the installers a bonus, they earned it!m for their hard work and good attitude. read more

Just had our last two sliders installed by Sergio, Pana, and This is the second time I've had this team as our installers and again they were excellent. Their work is outstanding and they clean up everything as they go. Sergio ensured everything was& perfect prior to them leaving at the completion of the install and anymore that is so important and not many have that work ethic. The product it self is not inexpensive but worth the money spent particularly in the Palm Springs area as the summers are extremely hot and these doors certainly anre energy efficient and keep a lot of the heat out. I have to update my review of American Vision Windows. After our 3 windows were installed we discovered that our relatively new wooden blinds in the 2 bedrooms would no longer fit into the window. After several emails back and forth with Hugo, I wasn't getting any results. I was told to either hang the blinds on the outside of the window OR buy new blinds. My emails must have gone up the food chain and enter Sergio Zaragoza. Sergio called and we made arrangements the next day to see the blinds. What a breath of fresh air! I called five window companies to see if they could replace a fixed window in our bathroom with a window that opens and match the trim color of the existing windows . Two of the companies said no, three said yes. American Vision Windows was one of the companies that said yes. The two local companies that said yes, although highly rated fell short. One of them changed their bid from $800 to $2,400. The other never submitted a bid after taking measurements. Then came American Vision Windows. We were very happy with the product knowledge and understanding of the installation process of the American Vision Windows Field Rep. We signed the contract while he was still on site. As amazing as he was, the installers were even more amazing (Alejandro and Gavin). Quality work, timely, and an absolutely spotless job of cleaning up when the installation was complete. This was not an easy job. It required cutting into the stucco and installation of a new frame. As promised the color match (a dark brown/bronze) was right on. Initially American Vision Windows was not a company I planned to call as I prefer to deal with smaller local companies. I am now a fan!
