The people working at the front desk were polite and helpful. There are no locals living in the hotel, creating a safe and worry free environment for those coming in from out of town. I would recommend this hotel to friends and family, they went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable.

And then I opened the door to the room. It's exactly what I needed to calm down. Everything is absolutely beautifully turned out. The pictures just don't do it justice. There's a sliding glass mirror that the television is behind. We do not watch television when we go to the motels after a long day and I was curious what was behind the mirror and when I slid back there was a television. If a motel room could be Zen this would be it. Everything is comfortable. Everything is first class. The cabinetry made me feel like I was in Europe. Truly. I wasn't expecting this.

It was also very quite at night even though it seemed most of the rooms were taken. Next door is Roma Italian Restaurant and wow it was really good for a small town Italian restaurant and the service was good and they were busy. I stayed in room 117 with a King Bed , Bathroom with Tub / Shower Combo , Microwave , TV with Cable and YouTube , Mini Refrig , Coffee Maker , Wall Mounted Hairdryer , Lots of Towels , and Clean. Some of the furniture was a little old , but in good condition. The couch did have a large noticeable stain that looked like they tried to clean before , but it's in the material. Bed was firm , but not too firm so I slept pretty good and I was exhausted and full from dinner. The price is very reasonable for how clean and well maintained it is. I would definitely recommend staying here. The town is small with a Walmart and some shops downtown. I drove to one of the camping areas by the river before I left to check it out. This is an area to enjoy the outdoors , fishing , boating , kayak , etc. I will come back to visit again with my son and his wife. My first time to Arkansas. The front office wasn't helpful, they didn't offer me any replacement bedding and were kind of rude over the phone. There were bugs in the room and scratching coming from the walls. On top of that it was too cold to go without blankets so I decided to end my stay after only 2 hours. Also despite having cameras some man was able to reach into my car while I was in my room, mess with my mirrors and get his hand prints all over my car. The front desk did nothing. As a woman traveling alone I have never felt more scared and violated. The rooms are cheap but at what cost.
