He was no where to be found during the entire process! He would just always refer me back to assistant. He's one of those Tony Robins followers trying to act like he's successful and has all these lofty sales goals but provides ZERO support during the process. Now onto his assistant Elizabeth, she is completely cold and demanding. We were so excited about buying our home and she made the process a nightmare! She wasn't helpful with any questions, I literally had to figure out the process online and watch Youtube videos because she just requesting more docs and more docs. She literally could give a crap if you get funded, I've never dealt with someone so unprofessional. Chris is the very opposite of that. When you work with Chris, you've got a consultant on your side who will patiently advise you about not just what you'll qualify for. He helps you understand the full cost of your loan, prorating property taxes, insurance, etc., so you're looking at what he calls "cost of ownership," not just your mortgage payment.
