They recognized their mistake and offered us a 30x60 tent at no additional cost to us. They were out within the hour and put the tent up. The wedding was on a Saturday and they set up the tent & dance floor the Thursday before allowing us time to run lights and do some early decorating. While we had some hiccups that they did rectify, I would recommend them and use them again.

We picked them up on a Wednesday and returned them on the next Monday. The price was reasonable and we were not charged extra for keeping them 5 nights. We paid our bill and then a week later got a refund check in the mail. We had over paid and had not realized it. They sent the refund because they found the error. This tells me they are a trust worthy business.

The reason they aren't getting 5 stars is because I was treated disrespectfully by Tina. We had rented white table linens and when they were put on the tables we noticed stains on all but 1. Large stains. When my husband contacted her she said that these were the only white ones they had, at this point in time, but that she would bring ivory ones or give us a refund. Well we didn't have a choice because the event was the next day so we told her to bring the ivory ones. She told us if we wanted perfect linens we should want new ones. When she delivered the ivory ones she told me I needed to quit being so OCD about them and that even new ones have spots on them. She took no responsibility for the stained linens. She was very rude to me and made comments about it not being her fault we waited too late to rent. Well I live in Arizona and just traveled in for the holidays and the party, and my sister, who rented the stuff, also lives out of town. She said they don't normally rent them but she did it for us (although table linens are listed on the rental page on their website). I don't expect perfect, but I at least expect clean. I don't think I would be so mad if she had been nicer about it all, but as a business owner/manager( or whatever she is) it is her responsibility to make sure what she gives to customers is good quality. Especially if she is going to charge $90 for 7 table linens. I don't mind paying that, but I expect good quality. Thankfully our event went well and nobody noticed that the table lines were ivory but the other things were white.

This is the Spirit Airline of paint classes. I have never experienced a paint class that was so…read morestressful in my life. The booking site says limited class sizes but that is not the case, they had 43 people crammed on top of each other trying to do the class that they paid for and were treated like cattle. Don't expect to be sipping while painting because they don't have enough staff on had to get out one drink during your 2 hour class. Also half the class gave up on trying to paint the picture we were supposedly being taught and the other half was completely covered in paint because the method being taught was wade up a paper towel and dab the painting while the canvases were literally touching each other because everyone was shoulder to shoulder. I have been to many paint classes at other vendors and if the class involves paint slinging or dabbing then a "extra messy" clause was always listied on the booking site Pinots palette offered no such clause so paint at your own risk. So will you leave with a painting? Probably. Will you have fun doing it? Depends on your sense of humor and who you're with, just don't expect to be able to have a drink to sip or a place to set it down at.

I came across this venue because originally I wanted to do a ceremony only wedding and this place…read morecame up. I fell in love with this venue quickly because of the surrounding nature. There is also a beautiful waterfall on the waterfall terrace. I met with Susie and learned more about the packages they offered I ended up going with a 8 hr package to get the full wedding experience. The all inclusive nature of the packages was perfect for me as I am not a planner and the price was well worth it. I booked in September 2024 and had my wedding in November 2024. I was worried about it being pretty stressful because it was such a quick planning period, but Sherill and Susie sent over documents of things I needed to pick out such as flowers, colors, cake design, seating arrangements, music, and all the little details that make up your wedding day over email. So many things I would have not have thought of. We met once for 3 or 4 hrs to go over and plan the whole wedding based on the emails and had a quick 15 min phone conversation to finalize any last minute details a few weeks before the wedding. The day went so perfect especially for the amount of time we had to plan. I am extremely happy on how it all turned out. Sherill and her team did absolutely incredible on our wedding day. From the flowers to the cake, the team made all my pinterest pins a reality. I definitely recommend this place for a stress free experience wedding planning. I received so many compliments on the environment as it was so beautiful.

We had a wonderful experience with Chapel on the Mountain, and I cannot say enough great things…read moreabout the venue, Sarah, and PJ. Whether it is your first wedding or you are remarrying (as I did) this is a perfect option. You can be as involved with the planning process as you want, or you can alleviate a lot of stress and let them plan most everything. Due to us working full time and having a toddler we personally needed to have someone else do most of the planning, so I took a huge leap of faith and let them handle everything. However, as the time grew nearer I wanted to get more involved and Sarah didn't flinch at all. I could text/call her with a ton of questions and she'd either call or text me back right away and she ALWAYS took care of anything that I would suddenly throw out last minute, while also making me feel better about all the choices we made even if it meant putting more pressure on her. PJ was also amazing to work with. She handled the rehearsal and the day of the wedding, making things happen while also taking care of me and my family and friends. We decided that we wanted to leave earlier than expected and she somehow got the limo to us magically, but she immediately had a back up plan if for some reason she could not get them to us at the new (and very last minute) time. As far as vendors that the Chapel used....Bubba's Catering managed the food and it was so great. We deviated from our package and Sarah worked with the caterer to get us a buffet that came with 2 meats, a couple of veggies, salad and bread all for a very reasonable price. I cannot remember the names of the companies that the cake and flowers came from but the cakes were delicious and the flowers (especially on the arch outside) were gorgeous. Gari-Ann Photography did the pictures and she was wonderful with everyone and didn't waste time so we could get to our rehearsal. One last thing, our wedding was outside on May 25th and it was a record high of 96. Due to the way the trees canopy over the area where people sat and where we stood, it did not seem like 96...it was perfect! Truly I could go on and on about Chapel on the Mountain. It was the best decision we made for our wedding, and I/we highly recommend them!
