This has been the second time ,I have had a second date set and not show. Stating the drive way not passable. Not true since driver never showed up at all. We live on a dead end street and this would be noticed by us and the neighbors. Original date was 2/16/22 to 2/22/22. Then todays date was 2/23/22. The stated they can't deliver. We never owe anything. NO EXCUSE. I lived in Tonganoxie KS and we always had delivery even if there was2 feet on snow on the ground. I just filled two large tanks and was shocked at the price ... discovered an accounting error, but when the accounting error was corrected, I was still shocked at the price ... over .50 / gal than a neighbor who uses another service! I complained and the operator simply said that they are usually quite a bit more expensive! I am not going to be using them to fill the tanks any more! read more

I requested a propane delivery for my vacation house and received an email stating they would deliver between Jan 2 and Jan 10. Since I'm not there all of the time I tried to call to schedule an exact day so I could be there. Called the 800 number more than once and spent about 30 minutes on hold. Frustrated, I hung up and sent an email. FOUR days later I received a response stating they would be there between Jan 2 and Jan 10. Not helpful. Called back again. Finally got a human after 30 minutes. Unfortunately this person spoke broken English and was very difficult to understand. However she did tell me they would be there on a Saturday. Left my Springfield home very early in the morning and braved patchy slick roads in freezing drizzle to get to my house by 7 AM. I waited ALL DAY and guess what? No propane delivery and I could get no one on the phone. Waited several more days. Got a call on the evening of the 10th saying they would be there tomorrow....the 11th. They did show up and fill the tank. The delivery guy was nice and accommodating, but their customer service, contact and promises are HORRIBLE. I would NOT recommend their service to anyone. read more
