They suck always over 2 weeks out called with 20% left in the tank it ran out by the time they showed up then the disconnected the line and said we were out of propane when they delivered it and we would have to call them to have it reconnected. they are so F$&! Rediculas if the showed up after a week it would have been fine I called them and got a call center overseas and they told me if I wanted it faster it would cost an extra $300.... holy crap it only costs 180 to fill it really ....they are such a scam read more

Absolutely terrible customer service. Entitled drivers will park in your space to service the surrounding customers as to not have to move the truck. I have kindly asked for this to stop. In person and with a call to the office. Of which neither have been effective. "Yeah, no problem" would have pacified the whole situation. But their millennial drivers are so entitled to actually debate it. Who parks a service truck knowingly in their customers spots?? They have previously, completely blocked my driveway to fill the neighbors tank. Again, when addressed an argument ensued. I wish I could do minus. The absolute worst customer service I have ever encountered. My 90 year old father has called and emailed numerous times in the past month as he is very low on gas. He has been a customer of theirs for decades...why I will never understand... they still haven't delivered and he had to use his woodstove during the horrible weather last weekend. He is 90 people!!! This company should be ashamed. They told him to use his wood heat and they would deliver when they could. Horrible! Horrible company!!!! read more

They have poor customer service and high rates. I found never get thru to a customer service agent so I had the tank removed and they hit - it took months and then 8 months later I go a bill for the tank removal with not credit for the fuel. read more

I have been a "will call"customer for 6 years I have always paid my bills and have never bounced a check on them...in other words I have established a good track record with them ...at least I thought so....I usually call when I have 20 gallons left since it has been so cold we went thru propane much quicker than expected. I spoke to Pam and explained check was in mail and could they deliver at least 100 gallons so my pipes don't freeze.I was told I shouldn't have let it go so low and they have to wait till the check clears and when their truck is in our area . It could be 10 days WHAT? I am not sure how the human factor works with these robot People...but they clearly Dont care about extenuating circumstances and when we told them we live in Massachusetts and we can't get up there until we dig ourselves out after snowstorm and we are afraid our propane has been used up and pipes might freeze we got ...no response...nothing.their slogan is ...customer first...
