If I could give 0 stars I would. We had been Amerigas customers for over 20 years as were the previous owners of our home. For many years we had a great relationship with local delivery people and service people. However, the company has chosen to transfer all calls to a VERY nonlocal call center from the local number listed on bills. I requested propane delivery in mid December and was assured it was scheduled for the 21st. Despite repeated calls and assurances of deliveries on the 22nd and 24th, my call today revealed that delivery had, indeed been requested on those dates but never "confirmed." When I asked who would confirm delivery I was told it was the local delivery team. When I asked to speak to someone local I was told I was not allowed to do so. JUST DON'T. Save yourself the headaches and money and just use literally ANYODY else. The company I work for has made an account that has never been delinquent or any other excuses normal business' make for poor performance; So know that this is just a poorly ran company. We use over 1K gal of propane a year, and have requested a WEEKLY refill to be scheduled for over 6mth and they have dropped the ball EVERY WEEK. This particular moment we are going on 6, SIX weeks of no servicing and have had multiple incidences where we have staff waiting for hours for a delivery driver that never shows up, even though we were assured MULTIPLE times by a representative that we are "next on the route". Save your self the time and money, and JUST DON'T use these guys. read more
