I called Homestead Air and was told the technician was running behind on another call and I would get a phone call when he was on his way. 5p rolls around and I get a phone call that it "could" be another hour (another job ran behind schedule). She offered to reschedule for Monday but I figured I didn't want to waste another day waiting. I'm giving 3 stars because the lady who called was really polite but potentially running 3 hours late and arriving at night... doesn't work for me Update: 5:45p the technician called me to apologize about the delay and wanted to confirm if I cancelled the appointment. All of his furnishings were put into storage in homestead prior to leaving. He hired a couple of young guys through a friend to move his stuff. Nothing was wrapped or packed, it was mostly in black trash bags and piled in the storage units to the top. I say Units as there was three of them. With the housing market being the way it is, it took over a year for my father to purchase a new house. On short notice we rented a box truck and headed to homestead to pick up his stuff. While in the truck I was calling places to try and hire movers to help load the truck. No one would call me back, and two companies blatantly said they weren't interested in the Job. Not Castle tho. They jumped at the opportunity to do the work. In two days notice he had four guys out there to help us load the truck. They met us on location, bright and early in the morning. They unloaded the three storage containers and wrapped and packed items as they were doing it. You could clearly see the kids who filled the storage units had just thrown stuff everywhere and on top of everything. These guys carefully took everything out and made their best effort not to damage any of my fathers belongings. Not to mention it was in Aug, it was 90° outside in the FL sun, and probably 100° in the back of the truck. They had emptied, 3 full sized storage units (was the contents of a four bedroom house) in less than 4 hours. A few hours later we headed north and two days later we arrived with little to no damage with all our items, safely packed in the truck. Items were secured, there was no shifting of the load at all. The rates were very reasonable and on par with what I was seeing listed on other co. websites. I would def recommend them for moving services.

When I returned home it was delightfully cool and comfortable! I went with a High quality Lennox 4 ton. There was one issue, I am super picky and the thermostat was not perfectly level.
