Do not use Amerigas for your propane. The absolute worst customer service ever. We sold our house in upstate NY over two years ago. Of course we closed all of our accounts etc. Out of the blue a few months ago we received a bill for propane for $600. I called the co numerous times explaining this . After getting nowhere I finally got to speak w someone supposedly in charge. She sent me an email (luckily) that she was putting it in the system for a no charge. She had the name and acct number for the new people. A month later - yup- got another bill w interest charged and over 60 days. Spoke w woman ago, assured me the same. My husband sent a certified letter w everything we had. Today we get a call from accounting dept asking if we are going to pay! We responded- look for law suit coming your way, report to BBB, YELP and calling 7 on your side channel 7 news. Our advice is to never use this company. read more

Amerigas was very accommodating when installing just the right size tank for my needs. Amerigas was very professional with the installation of my tank, gas line to the home and inside to my fireplace. read more
