This is the worst company I've ever dealt with. It used to be a wonderful company but the service and customer service er service has deteriorated in the past 3 to 5 years. They don't read the special instructions that the delivery needs to cone on the small truck. This is a camp and the driveway winds a bit with trees on both sides. Last summer we ordered for a tank refill around the beginning of June and when they used the wrong truck they just canceled the order and never let us know. It took until the middle of August to get the refill and by that time our other tank was empty. So now we are still waiting for the second refill and this has been going on since August . Customer service is no help they use the same script when you ask for a supervisor they try to say that they can help. When pushed they put us on hold and left us there for more than four hours when we finally hung up looking for a new and reliable company. Can't wait to be rife with of this crappy company.
