Absolute horrible company. Do not use this company for your gas needs. They are scammers and will charge you for gas you did not ask for.

Called this morning to fill tank. I could take on 325 gallons. They sent a promotion through the email, $100 off 240 gallons plus. The promo was "ELECT2SAVE" Went to order, of course talking to India, and they said they can only do $20 off. I said why? and they said that was all they could do. I have been a customer of Amerigas for 18 years and I needed an emergency delivery because the tank they are supposed to monitor ran out of gas! I am on day 5 of no one showing up, I call and have to go through the same procedure over and over and can still not get my gas delivery! I cannot wait to switch service to another company. Just read AmeriGas article in the Flagstaff Daily Sun. This company sucks. We are on auto fill program and still had to call 5 times before they arrived to fill our tank. We down to 19% in tank. read more

ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE CAPABILITY. We're DONE with propane and wanted our tank removed. Multiple attempts to contact the company resulted in only one response (an excuse that they were too busy filling winter orders with no scheduling of a removal date). There is no way to contact a local office. The foreign call center people are so clueless, they promised tank removal on a holiday (obviously not knowing it was a US holiday) which of course never happened. This lack of communication is disrespectful and frustrating to deal with. We DO NOT RECOMMEND this company. This "service" is in Sedona AZ (not San Francisco CA, by the way). read more

We are at 7% with our propane tank from AmeriGas. Several calls to them with promises of refilling soon. You only get to speak with someone from a call center..Nothing. We are raising a grandson and we need the propane! I'm praying for a miracle. But I'm doubtful read more

The worst service ever.....we've been without propane for 2 days now because they didn't deliver enough and the tank ran out.....they said yesterday that they would would submit an emergency request for service, which was to be within 24 hrs....still waiting. We can't shower or do the dishes going on 3 days tomorrow. Going to find a new provider! read more

The phone support at Amerigas has been the worst I have ever experienced! I've called all days of the week and just cannot "talk" to a representative! Hold times are in excess of an hour no matter what time I call. Also, I've gotten disconnected after holding for nearly an hour. It has upset me to the point where I have decided to cancel their services! Now I cannot get them to pick up the propane tank sitting in my front yard for over 2 months in Munds Park, AZ. This is just insanely POOR customer service! Do not get gas from this company as you will never be able to speak to someone should you need service or something from them! read more
