I called yesterday because the Ace website said Oakdale had a Yeti Roadie 15 in the limited edition patriotic color. Sean (or Shawn) answered and went above and beyond. He checked their inventory not once, but twice. Then, when he couldn't find it, he helped me locate it in another store. He then called the other store and made sure they pulled it for me. That kind of service makes me want to go the extra mile to shop at the Oakdale location, just based on my experience.
