I have a work van. It was 15 minutes before closing. And then he told me my van would not fit into the car wash... without regard for my van, he then encouraged me to move forward as the sign was literally less than an inch away from my roof... I know Einstein is not working at the local car wash, but this is absurd. Excuse me? Are you kidding me? How do I get out of this tiny little curvy road I just drove into? How do I drive like this backwards? Are you telling me that you did not know that my van could not fit into this area and that I had to drive all the way up to the point of entrance for you to figure out that my van would not fit? This is ridiculous and unacceptable! It's not over... Then It got dangerous. I then had to turn my vehicle in the opposite direction...Against oncoming directional traffic. And of course, there was a latecomer driving up the curvy road ride into my truck. He was not a very nice person and assumed it was my fault that I was now making him drive backwards as well and so I tried to convince him in a friendly manner that it was not my fault but he did not seem very receptive to my friendly inclinations. He got out of the way but I resent the fact that this establishment put me in a position to go ahead against oncoming traffic; this was clearly not smart and was quite stupid. I'm glad I did not get into an accident. This guy needs to be disciplined and if it happens again, he needs to be fired.

The gas prices are competitive for the area even though there's not another fueling option for several miles in any direction. We also stopped by our mechanic (the following month in August ) and had his Mechanic check out our…read moresunroof and seal. He said there are zero issues with the seal or the sunroof. We returned approx. 3 months later for an oil check and had them check sunroof again (to see if it was our error). Owner of the mechanic shop said that there is definitely NOT an issue with our sunroof or the seal. He viewed the water damaged and stated that he was going to let his customers know to AVOID Bubble Down. It would not have been much of an expense to pay for our headliner to be cleaned. Instead, we now see that many other Bubble Down customers are posting about damage to their vehicles and some of them are even more severe. This shows incredibly poor Customer service at this Bubble Down location :( If an expensive automobile is damaged by Bubble Down, the correct thing to do would be to pay for the vehicle to be put back into the same condition it was PRIOR to entering their "car wash." We didn't ask for a new car, or for the entire interior to be cleaned. We're talking about a $50 service to clean the headliner where THEIR water and chemicals stained our headliner after ripping open our sunroof due to OVER SUCTION. Water literally poured inside our vehicle when our sunroof was closed. Bubble Down saw the damage occur, inspected our vehicle, took pictures, agreed that the suction was too strong, and they refused to acknowledge any need for cleaning or repair. We were told by management that they had to adjust the suction setting, so they certainly DID acknowledge the issue. Today we have water stains on our roof and we will need to pay out-of-pocket to have this cleaned. Shame on Bubble Down. Poor business management. Not ethical. We feel bad for these employees who took the time to document our claim, acknowledge the damage, and then have to be embarrassed that Bubble Down didn't support them or their business. We will NEVER return to Bubble Down, due to poor ethics on their part.

This wash was on the house because of a review I did somewhere, two people came and got their car washed here. That's pretty cool of them to do. I think it's the best car wash around!
