I wanted something fresh and exciting but also had some specific ideas (some of which changed a little bit in the middle of it). All along the way I have been really pleased with the work. When I reach out with a question or problem I get a response back within a few hours. The timely attention is great! With two days left after our first month all we had received was a list of keywords and a few articles that were almost certainly AI generated, about 20% of the promised scope which included a lot of improvements to our site as well which they never even touched. When we asked for the other deliverables and asked to pause the contract to make sure we could review the first month of work they became defensive, forced us to pay for another month with their 30-day cancellation policy but refused to deliver any of the promised work. They are much more interested in getting all they can from clients than delivering on their promises. Avoid at all costs.
