Lots of back and forth to get clarity on what was said and expected. That said, for our landscaping, they did an INCREDIBLE job. Lisa gave some previews and recommendations and when we found a new flooding pool (again, lots of rain this year), she pivoted the plan to make sure my plants wouldn't drown. When the rains finally stopped, Lisa confirmed the intended day, the crew showed up on time, they made sure I was happy with the layout and encouraged me to share opinions to make sure I was happy. The crew was respectful, kind and very knowledgeable. Price was reasonable considering the mess they had to clean up and there isn't a day I'm not standing outside admiring our flowers!!

I had a section of the fascia did not have paint on it but 716 guy painted that section before they installed the gutters. They were seamless gutters. That included careful gathering of ground materials in yard and street clean-up. Landscaping crew arriving the following day were also impressed with such a neat and thorough job compared to what they frequently encounter from other companies. Recently I had them out to remove a maple tree that had been growing into power lines and my driveway. They came right out, looked at the tree and promptly wrote a very reasonable quote. Within a week or so they came and began work. They did a great job except they left all the stump grindings all over the sidewalk, lawn and driveway. Plus a huge mound where the tree had been. What the heck am I supposed to do with that? Luckily I was having the driveway ripped out and that company was very accommodating and helped me remove the debris. Additionally it was brought to my attention and later confirmed that they had no business working near power lines! They are not insured for that! Ask questions and get the facts. For the next project I gave my business elsewhere.
