They also met me in the parking lot with rags, paper towels and wipes to clean my fur baby up and to clean my car up. Like seriously who does that...I'll tell you.....one hell of a good vet!!! He smelled like vomit so strongly I could smell him many feet away. My reasonable conclusion is that he was left to sit unattended for long periods of time and not cleaned up after when he vomited or urinated. He smelled like he was sitting in vomit and urine all day. At another recent visit I got heart worm medication for 2 of my small dogs. When I went to give it to them I noticed it was not the correct dosage. It was for a dog up to 5 times the weight of my smallest dog. Another time they forgot I was in an exam room for over an hour with my dog before the vet came in and apologized saying he didn't realize we were in there.
