I had an amazing week with them horseback riding, white water rafting, biking, hiking, visiting a dog sled camp and taking an ice walk. Every detail I could think of was taken care of and every question I had answered! Heather and Katrina were SO much fun and so knowledgeable! They made the week come alive with their stories about each and every area we visited. In a world where customer service is sometimes lacking, the level of professionalism shown by this agency and the guides it supplies is beyond reproach. I can only hope that any guides I have in the future are as amazing and make my travel and activities so seamless, detailed and wonderful. Thank you Heather and Katrina for an AMAZING and unforgettable week!

Thank you for a most memorable week in the mountains!

And if we wanna talk local, more than half their products are made in Canada and 99% from North America. We're talking indestructible messenger bags made out of used seat belts that go as far as to tell you what kind of car they were salvaged from. I stumbled across Reworks without a clue what to expect, wound up doing a good chunk of my Christmas shopping here, and will be back to do a tonne more! Here's what I found: - Purses made from pop can tabs creating a high quality aluminum chainmaille. ( I bought 2 of 'em) - Bottle openers from used bicycle chains. (I hope someone buys me one ;) ) - Bowls from used bike chains...actually, there's a lot of bicycle culture reflected in this store, which I think makes it all the more cool. The owner is a true bicycle fan and her store takes my lifelong love of bikes and brings it into the rest of my lifestyle with style. Used license plate clutches, bike tire belts, wine and beer bottle serving trays, chandeliers and everything. I imagine the product selection at Reworks changes often to keep reclaimed fresh, but even if all the awesome things I've mentioned no longer exist by the time you read my review, you'll still be able to expect high quality and unbelievably creative local products here. If you've ever uttered the term "shabby chic" you need to check this place out.

We quickly learned that this list we gave her was not a wish list as we got everything we wanted and more. We told her that food was important to us as we don't drink and Jamie loves to eat. Well she sent us to a gourmet inclusive resort and lucky for us it was during the same week they were doing a Canadian Beef feature. It was some of the best food we have ever had. Being on the beach we thought would be amazing. Not only did she find us a beach front resort our room faced the ocean, it was gorgeous. Then Internet access, I know on a honeymoon it's nice to be disconnected for a little bit but we had a plumbing issue at home and fur babies that we wanted to check in on. It came complimentary to our suite. We wanted a nice room we could relax in. Our suite had a large jacuzzi, king size bed, comfortable sitting area and like I said a beautiful view. Liz made sure anytime a deal came up that applied to our trip we knew about it. She worked hard to get us the upgrades to ensure we had the most memorable experience and was always available if we needed her. She even checked in with us to make sure we were ready to go the night before and messaged us as soon as we got home. I would highly recommend Liz, being a travel agent is not just her job it is very clearly her passion!

Driver did not respond to question as to confirm how long we will hold or stay in Lake Louise, and when he said 35 minutes, when it was actually an hour and 10minutes we couldn't plan other activity while at the spot. He spoke inaudible and seemed to cater more to Mandarin riders and which toôk the most time being picked up and dropped off at différent locations... and which made us feel devalued of our time. It was highly disappointing especially the van was dirty with foggy windows and dirty floors and dusts all around. Worst pf all, there were wet seats. Will not recommend-places we went to see were nice but the horrible transportation to get there took the joy out of our experience. It was aggravating, to say the least. Not worth it! Better off chartering private vs this westar travel on Viator!

The bus ran a major traffic jam in the afternoon, making it impossible to reach Emerald Lake and Natural Bridge, the afternoon destinations. Although this was disappointing, all passengers were calm and understanding. The driver was obviously not to blame, but how he reacted was both incredibly unprofessional and amazingly rude: the driver went around the bus yelling at passengers to sign a form without properly explaining what it was, and then proceeded to literally scream at people to get off the bus, on the highway, in the middle of the Rocky Mountains, if they did not sign (I have this all on video). Everyone was calm, but shocked. One lady was in tears. We turned around and went back, which was fine, but the driver's behaviour was both shocking and unacceptable. Hopefully the individual was just a very bad representation of the company. This could have been handled with "sorry guys, we're going to have to turn around and we'll be sure to do that safely" which everyone would have understood and been fine with. The driver could handle the vehicle just fine, but no idea how to deal with people, to express it mildly. Overall we still saw some amazing scenery, but if I were to go again, I would undoubtedly select a different company, because of the poor experience with the driver. I have tried several times to contact them to report the incident and have yet to receive an reply.

Travis and Sabrina were our Pedal Pub staff members and they made our trip extremely memorable! Their energy was exactly what we needed for 12 girls, and so many of us keep talking about it being one of the best parts of the trip! They were very clear and communicative of the process to make things safe, but still were able to keep things lively and fun! We stopped at 2 bars, and during our transit we played games that kept us entertained and laughing the entire ride. We also got offered a ski suit package which was the same price as our private tour, so we opted to wear them. It helped a lot since it was still fairly cold in early March, and I thought they looked so cute too! I would highly recommend booking a Pedal Pub if you're visiting Calgary, and hope you get Travis and Sabrina because they were amazing!!!!

It was so much fun that it was one of the biggest highlights of our group's weekend spent in Calgary! As Californians, we are not used to the cold so it was a nice surprise that they provided colorful and vibrant jumpsuit ski suits. They kept us warm, looked cute for pictures, and attracted attention on the streets and in the 2 bars that we stopped in! It was about a 2 hour experience with those bar stops. Sabrina and Travis explained the rules clearly, kept us safe in the streets, while providing outstanding entertainment. We learned that our group was the first to book for the season, and thankfully, it was nice and sunny out. On the pedal pub, they served canned seltzers, beers, and water. It looks like the pedal pub can fit about 14-15 people. Just a heads up that people do actually have to pedal to get the vehicle moving, except for about 4-5 seats that don't have pedals. So make sure to wear comfortable clothing and shoes! I highly recommend this company!
