I got a warm welcome from Janina, my therapist, who was lovely and friendly throughout. They use lycon hot wax and the rooms are extremely tidy and clean. Therapists wear gloves and there is no dipping the stick back into the wax. The best thing about the set up is that there is a tv in each room where you'll be lying back and watching Sex and the City episodes while your wax takes place. An amazing distraction from the job at hand! The hot wax was quick, about 20 minutes, very painless and thorough. Best of all, it's a complete steal. Cheapest place I've found in London. She has wonderful bedside manner and chatted with me throughout the entire appointment. I received a Hollywood wax and from start to finish, Marta prompted me what she was going to do before she did it and what she will follow up with next. She was able to get every single hair and was very thorough (getting a couple of strays with a tweezer). The waxing was pain free and the results of the wax is silky smooth. I was given a set of aftercare instructions as well. I highly recommend her to anybody and everybody for their hair removal needs!

It's relatively no frills but the rooms are pleasantly decorated but the walls are relatively thin so you may hear scuffling from the room next door. There is a steam room and shower downstairs as an option but I hardly use it. They offer 3 different types (Swedish, Combo and Thai) but I usually go for the Thai massage because it really gets the knots out of your back. I think it's a hit or a miss depending on the therapist you get but from my recent visit, it was definitely worth it.

We had a thorough conversation about what my skin concerns were and what I wanted to improve and she gave me her recommendations. We both agreed that the radio frequency facial would be best for me as ageing and wrinkles were my main concern. I was slightly nervous about the facial as it was a machine facial and I had only had facials before with products but the therapist assured me it was a very comfortable/relaxing facial and she couldn't have been more right, in fact I slept through the whole treatment. It felt like a heated massage. My skin looked amazing afterwards. My skin looked more plumped and felt toned. But what was the best part was that for 6months the results continue to improve. Over all I was really happy with the treatment and result so I was very excited to book a course of treatments and will return in 2weeks.
