They got here and after evaluating the situation, proceed to ask for 300$ to make the service. Which we denied and still got charged 50$. When I ask why they don't provide info on the phone about the price( minimum fees or travel cost).. He laughed at me and said that the price could change at anytime. Called ADT to pick-up an existing contract. They said I need to create a new one instead of simply…read morepicking-up an existing one (althought the current house owner picked-up the ADT service from the previous owner of the house for the same conditions). They made me a much higher offer (than what current owner has). I politely refused. They transfered me to fidelity department. Fidelity said they can't do anything and that they needed to transfer me back to the first department and they would make me a better offer. So I got transfered for the last time. It was 6pm. At 6pm they close. The call got disconnected due to their business hours being over. The 2 people I spoke with barely spoke any french, let alone english. Such disinterest in maintaining a customer just because you don't have skilled and passionate labour. Recommendation for Telus/ADT...pay your employees, train them well and work on this customer retention that's currently inexistent.

They cheat and the Montreal's manager, he never wanted to give me…read morehis name but is a guy with a weird accent, this guy never wants to let you go ..he got me almost an hour in the phone not wanting to take my cancellation, at the end I received a bill cause he set a wrong date of my cancellation, then I had to pay to ADT an extra month and days, even when I asked for the cancellation month and 15 days in advance. Besides that and the reason of my cancellation was because they never called me when my line was down, other neighbor received the calls , not me ...just 1 time in the 5 years I was a customer I received a call.Read the contract and read carefully the cancellation policy and record the sales man, ADT is a big cheater!!!
