I wasn't exactly sure how I should place Figaro though. It doesn't try to be Starbucks, instead it tries to be a more mature version of Starbucks. It's restrained and takes a fine approach to things. The saw news though is that most of the Figaros that I know of have now gone. There weren't a lot of them, but the fact that they disappeared shows that it wasn't good enough to have any kind of staying power. At least, the one in Alabang Town Center is still there. I can't really give any sort of recommendation for Figaro. I mean, I can't even recall the last time I was there much less what I ordered. Honestly, all their menu items - both savory and sweet are delicious. It just depends on your mood. Other favorites include Beef Salpicao, Roast Beef in Mushroom Sauce, Sans Rival, and Blueberry Cheesecake - I actually don't like blueberries but this cheesecake only has a small amount of blueberries on top.
