Worst customer service I've ever had to deal with in a gun store. Every time I've gone to purchase something, I've waited over 30 min. They have a sign in sheet that is worthless, because they take people that walk up before they read anyone off the list. When you are helped the customer service is crap. read more

I've purchased two guns now from this store, the second one being a difficult to find, custom order left-handed Sako .375 H&H. Where three other shops either outright wouldn't bother to look in the first place or simply gave up on me, the person who helped me at Ammo Bros in Riverside stuck with it and got two other employees involved to find what I was looking for. Not only that, but the price may be $300-$500 less than what I was expecting to pay. It really doesn't get much better than that, and it guarantees return business. read more

Very knowledgeable staff even for a beginner and his or her questions. They take the time to help you and respect you when answering any questions regarding the firearms and their safety. They price match & offer discounts for law enforcement officers, military and EMT. There are also some of the most respectful people that I have talked to in any customer service situation with every word then followed by sir or ma'am when interacting with any customer. PS: approach the employee when you're ready to conduct business a lot of people walk into the store just to look at things and not buy anything therefore they wait for you to interact with them before actually taking the time so that they can help other people while some people just look around. read more

I went to Turners in Corona to do a transfer and the manager there told me his store was to busy to do that for me so I would have to find somewhere else to go. I could understand if they didn't do them but this guy was just rude so I asked Siri for the next closet gun shop and she gave me Ammo Bros so I called and they said come on down. The people were totally friendly and did a great job helping me with the transfer. I will never buy a firearm again from a Turners in Corona because the manager was a jerk but Ammo Bros has me as a customer as long as I live in Riverside . Bought a brand new AR-15 from here and the gun was all scratched up when I came to get it. They didn't have the correct magazine for it. They gave me one that was all scratched up. THe gun is a matte finish and he magazine they gave me was polished black. They even scratched the gun because the rivet on one of the magazines got stuck and they couldn't get it off. I don't know if I will be back. Definitely not happy after spending close to 900$ with accessories. read more

Ammo Brothers deserves to be recognized for their top notch customer service, especially Travis the manager. I'm sure I'm not alone in noticing a serious decline in service amongst gun stores as sales have soared & many took their customers for granted, almost like they are doing you a favor when helping you. Ammo Bros is the exception! I've always been greeted by a friendly, knowledgeable staff who knows how to treat a customer. Please don't ever spend your hard earned money here! The worst customer service I have ever had. They are rude and you seem to be bothering them when you have a question about something. Had sights installed and they cracked my slide and denied it. They sent it out to be repaired and never heard from them for two months I Called several times to see what was going on and never revived a call back. Went to pick it up and find out my sights were not reinstalled which I had already payed for that's why I was calling to make sure they were put back on so I didn't have to come back a second time. I will be eating the thirty dollars I spent for the sight installation and never set foot in this store again read more

Don't listen to some of these inaccurate negative reviews. I have been to this location multiple times, and have NEVER had any issues. Matter of fact, I needed some extremely last minute work done on my Remington 700 regarding a suppressor mount, and Travis had me in and out. Quick Review Here!! I haven't even been inside the building but I have called them a few times about A Private Party Transaction (PPT). I spoke with Matt and Danny over the phone but kept coming up with questions after I hung up the first two times I called. Each time they answered, they had genuine and sincere customer service.They didn't sound at all ticked off. They helped clarify some of the California laws when buying and selling a handgun and even gave me some tips for having a faster transaction with what types of forms they accept. Super helpful! I have no doubt that if I came into the store in person, I'd get the same type of treatment and feel comfortable there. A++ on customer service over the phone. Absolutely horrible. Employees are terrible disrespectful jerks who made fun of me and my buddy I brought along... bought an AR picked it up and later discovered they dinged the lower receiver in assembly and then covered it up with sharpie marker. Also the rifle was bone dry without a drop of lube in it. Disassembly was horrific trying to get pins out and watching flakes of metal falling out and hearing metal on metal grinding. Actually broke a pin trying to disassemble. Also to top it off they had a rack of beef jerky by the door, the first pack was full of mold inside... they were selling moldy beef jerky. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS. read more
