Okay, so as much as I love macarons, I would much rather walk around with gelato or ice cream in Paris. The flavors are just bolder and more honed in. But Amorino takes it to the next level by combining flavors and creating little roses on top of your cone. Who does that? Anyways, you can find these all over Paris and they're well worth the stop and amazing gelato artistry. read more

Stopped in here around 10:30 on a Saturday night. The cashier spoke English and was very nice to us. The hot chocolate was so good! Would return when I come back to Paris. It was fairly busy too, considering it being late. A nice place to come for gelato or cappuccino if in the area. read more

Love love love the cheesecake ice cream macarons - little Halloween themed (skeleton) chocolates sticking out from the top are a nice touch - although it's weird that every one doesn't have it, only some. I had the salted caramel, chocolate-hazelnut, dark Chocolate and raspberry. It was good. The second time I went the ice cream was too soft and would not make a proper flower. The reason its not 5 stars is because they charge 2,50Euros for a small bottle of Nestle water...all drinks are charged the same they said. I had a coconut hot chocolate and its just a powder mix but for some reason it was thick and kinda chunky and coagulated. Didnt taste great. I wouldnt recommend the hot chocolate. read more

TL;DR friendly ice cream shop, with great service for non French speakers. Waffle sticks with caramel syrup, pistachio ice cream and a chocolate macaroon; diets be dammed We frequented this place almost daily during our stay in Montmartre for post-dinner dessert. The line was out the door on some nights but well worth it. There always seemed to be at least one employee that spoke perfect English which made ordering very easy, specially when you have no clue what you want since your eyes get bigger than your stomach. Would highly recommended this locale to any travelers visiting Montmartre. read more

OMG BEST GELATO IVE EVER HAD. I got the coffee and hazelnut gelato and it has so many coffee beans inside and whole hazelnuts. So rich and creamy and ingredients tasted natural and whole. My husband got the coconut, blueberry cheesecake, and black cherry and ate it all before I could even take a pic! Definitely going back tomorrow read more

Terrible experience ! Not welcoming to Americans, rushing us the minute we got there. My 7 year old son wasn't sure what he wanted - he picked a scoop and then changed his mind and they said no we can't change it. Mind you we didn't even get the ice cream back. He was still scooping it and would not change it even after my son started crying - but nope rushed us and would not change his scoop , I literally said no thanks keep it we don't want it. Didn't even take the 2nd ice cream and he said fine and threw it away. Horrible customer service you should accommodate young kids. Would never go back - tried to ask for the mgr - main guy at the counter was a jerk read more

Great gelato at a good price. This is a chain throughout Europe but the quality is great. The flavors are varied and offer some I have never seen. The servings are very generous. Also as a tip they let you have up to four flavors even with a small. read more

There are a lot of Amorino's in Paris. So during a weeklong trip, you're bound to see at least 3 different ones. This wasn't my favorite gelato (they sell gelato, not ice cream) in Paris but it was good! Before my friends and I went on this trip, my friend said she saw someone have gelato shaped into a rose, but it wasn't till we were in Paris, that we actually looked it up and saw that we could hit up a shop on our way to Sacre Coeur. I got the biggest size (if you see my reviews on yelp about ice cream, it's a habit I can't seem to break), and the girl just kept telling me to give her flavors. I think i got 10! And each flavor just became a petal on the flower. And the biggest middle scoop was pistachio and it was delightful. My favorite gelato in Paris is at Pozettos, just by the way. The girl who made my ice cream made it really pretty, but the guy who helped one of my friends was not as artistic, which was a little bit sad. So cost-wise, maybe get a cup of gelato and you'll get more for your money. But if you want something instagram-worthy, the gelato flower is pretty (if the person making it cares) :) read more

This was hands down one of the best places I ate during my trip to Paris. The lady who helped us was extremely patient and friendly with tourists and spoke great English. She gave us great suggestions of what to try and we loved it! The cheesecake macaron is literally phenomenal. Their macaroons all have a gelato center filling as well which made them extra yummy and unique. Not to mention they serve their gelato in the shape of a rose. I was afraid this place would be super gimmicky and a tourist trap but it definitely exceeded my expectations. read more
