Negative stars if possible. Restrooms filthy. Had to put toliet paper on ground to avoid stepping in the urine puddle that looks like it had been marinating all day long. The lock was broke. There were no toliet seat covers. The sink looked like it had not been cleaned in weeks to months. Two employees working. An older male and a younger female. Bought a 20 oz soda for $3.00 (super over priced. With tax it came to $3.09. I gave $5.25. The change that showed on the screen was $2.16. About 2 mins later I was handed $2.15. I said the change is $2.16 and the male employee acted like I was a bother and problem to give me my full change. After receiving my full change I walked to get a disposable cup for my beverage. The employee yelled at me coffee is not free, I said Im just getting a cup for my overpriced soda. He screamed $1 for cup. This am/pm location is terrible with customer service. It's open 24 hours, but they don't let you use the bathroom. I went on a small road trip a month ago, and I got gas and I bought drinks and they didn't allow me to use the bathroom! The cashier said that "they" (who is they?!) close them at 9pm....I went up north again for a family event, and the way back I forgot about the issues the month before, so I stopped here again by it was around 8pm...the bathroom was closed and I informed this cashier about what the last one said about the time, and she was SO rude and said it wasn't her problem that I had to urgently use the bathroom and that I had to buy something to use it first. I've NEVER had a problem to use the PUBLIC bathroom at a gas station before. Never. Well , I bought a candy next to the register and then she STILL REFUSED to let use the bathroom saying she didn't have the key. Honestly, what a fucking bitch. I demanded a refund, which she said no to because it's food, even though I don't move away from the counter, I left and used the Chevron down the street because I needed gas anyway or else I would have gone to the McDonald's across the street. I was traveling from San Francisco and needed a bathroom break and fuel. After pumping about $50 of gas, I was told the bathrooms are closed at night and I could go to Dennys if I wanted a restroom. I wonder if Dennys is aware that am/pm is telling people to use their restrooms because they will not let paying customers use theirs. That is the last time I will give them my money. read more

They are very slow at this location, even with two people working the counter the line builds up fast, especially during mid-day rush.The store itself is just like all other ampm locations complete with hot food warmers, self service drink fountains and overpriced gas. The cashiers here are not very well trained on their current promotions, so to relieve frustration on yourself, I'd suggest downloading their app for quick scans and automatically applied deals. read more

Well, well. If you search for an ARCO station you won't find this one. We don't want to be known as an ARCO gas station. That is because this station is a rip off. Today, on a Saturday, the place was very busy. They had only one person inside, with another lady taking inventory, when there were at least five people in line to pay for gas. Inventory should be done after hours not during a busy day. I checked gas buddy on Friday, the price for diesel fuel was 3.35 today I get there after waiting 15 min to get a pump and find it is now 3.69.9 that is a rip. Changing the pump price for the weekend 34 cents per gallon. I did not fill up and will never, I say never go back no matter what the price. I have a 765 mile range in my vehicle and will never have a reason every to come back to this station or is it an AM/PM? What ever. I will pay a Chevron station over price fuel prices before going back this station. This place will be changing owner soon I hope or go out of business. read more

Ok, enough is enough. I wish the owners/managers would just sell the station and leave town. ARCO seems to attract people who are shoddy. No water in any of the windshield tubs. Pump shut off at $100 only half the fuel I needed for a tow vehicle. I selected a car wash - of the 3 choices you have no idea what you're going to be charged until you get your receipt. This $100 shutoff appears to be a choice of the stations, although, the stations and corporate both deny it. Here is what really ticks me off -- you seldom get a receipt at the pump (is this a stinking little trick just to get you in the store hoping to sell you more??) Now I have to walk into the store with a bad knee just to get a damn receipt for the car wash code. I wanted a refund on the carwash. I was given $8.00 for what they charged me $9.99 for. The owner/manager is an asshole. EVERYONE reading this, do not give this man your money. I paid for his "top of the line car wash", but when I drove in, only water was sprayed onto my car. The brushes didn't even turn on. He accused me of lying, and told me never to come back. I told him to inspect my car, but he just walked to his office. I hope he goes out of business. Now, I believe in redemption and many chances. However, EVERY SINGLE TIME I come here, it's always a ridiculous experience. One time I came, my baby cousin spilled her ice cream in the car. I came in for about 5 or 6 napkins. Came in and got yelled at for taking "too many napkins" and was told that I was "being rude and taking things that were not mine" EVEN THOUGH I well purchased a tank of gas, with my receipt in hand. He was an older man. He said "You didn't pay for those napkins." I said "I purchased a tank of gas. You're supposed to supply your paying customers with napkins, toilet paper, and a public restroom, especially as a gas station on one of the busiest highways in California, Highway 99. He was super hostile and rude with me, UNTIL I waved my receipt at him and walked out. Another time, I paid for gas and requested cash back. Got a torn up $20 back instead. It pretty much could've been a $15 (HA!). Cashier refused to give me a better dollar. Only reason why I withdrew money from the gas station was because I did not have time to drive a town away to my bank. She said "Go exchange it at your bank." I said "That defeats the whole purpose!" Another time, restrooms were DISGUSTING. No napkins, no soap, and the toilet paper roll was all over the floor. ANOTHER TIME, witnessed a fight between two grown men outside their doors, with a puppy dressed as a pink princess between the two of them. I'm no where near racist, but these people sure make me feel discriminated on. Not only that, ALL of their employees are Punjabi. Talk about discrimination in the work force. Punjabi female cashier with pretty greenish eyes also gave me attitude and tossed her messy hair, and rolled her eyes at me when I found a debit card in their ATM machine. Took it from me, and just scoffed. Excuse me for being a good citizen. Another time, the whip cream for the hot cocoa was SO OLD, it came out of the dispenser HARD. This place is disgusting, something is always wrong with the gas pumps, and it's a dangerous environment to get gas from at 6 AM in the morning. Everytime I request to speak to a manager, they always tell me NO. That's ridiculous. Do yourself a favor and give your business to a better business that deserves it. I have a real problem with any Arco Am Pm because they are greedy enough to charge a debit fee. I was there today to get gas and I had to cancel the transaction because the pump would not turn on. Receipt comes out and it charged me a debit fee. I went inside to tell them I should not be charged because I did not get gas and the eavily made-up Hispanic woman pretty much told me it was my tuff luck because it charges for every transaction. I left and got gas elsewhere. Will not give them my business again read more

It is definitely clean and a nice little stop. We came in at around 4 am to get some snacks. The attendant was chatting it up with another staff member and barely said a handful of words to me. I am not looking for a full conversation here but some acknowledgement that I exist would have been nice. We also tried to fill a cup with ice, just ice, nothing more.
