We have made our appointment to do our taxes this year 2 times with this location. The first time…read morewe made it for a Saturday, then when we were about to be on our way for our appointment when my husband read an email that it was made for that previous Friday when we in fact made it for Saturday. We received no call letting us know there was a change or anything. My husband called to reschedule the appointment for Sunday, when the receptionist answered, she was nothing but rude and unprofessional. She wasn't paying attention to what my husband was saying, to the point she asked him to repeat his birthdate 5 times. She informed us there was an opening for 11am. Now we show up to the appointment with this location closed. We drove out in this bad weather for nothing. Yet again, we received no call or email saying they would be closed. This is very unprofessional and was a total waste of our time. The worst H&R Block we have ever TRIED to use.
