Horrible. Spectrum is hands down the worst internet provider I have ever used. If you want to…read morecancel your account, it's month to month - so there is no pro-rating and no credit if you cancel in the middle of your cycle. In order to cancel, they try to force you to give information about why, what devices, stating if you had issues it's because "your equipment was old" (which, in canceling because of no longer needing, is a moot point). They also then come up with various offers to try to get you to stay and tell you "you have to return your equipment" - even though the equipment was personal equipment. The cancellation CANNOT be done on-line, can only be done in speaking to a representative and it will take anywhere from 10-30 minutes. Never, ever, ever would I use their service.
