Mail seems to go missing from this Post Office location. Considering I am putting my return address on these envelopes, and they don't get back to me I can assume they are being intercepted and stolen in the mail room itself. When the same recipient sends me mail, I do eventually receive it although it takes like 10 days to do so. Conclusion is it is an internal issue. I am beyond pissed off. Pretty sad when you can't even count on your mail ever getting to its destination.

When I entered the store there was no one waiting. There was a young lady arguing with what appeared to be her ex partner and and issue with her children being dropped off at daycare. I waited until she came to the counter. I told her she was sorry she was having a bad morning. She began to tell the other people behind me to do the self service kiosk and was quite rude. I told her it was not their fault that she was in having a bad morning. She then told me to go to go to the kiosk as she quit and that they never staff adequately. All I wanted was a receipt that the items I had (large boxes) were sent. I am handicapped and it was an effort moving the boxes. I tried to find out who the owner are to place my discontent, but I couldn't find the information. I just wanted you to know. You can't just go about throwing your important documents and paperwork into the trash set you up for failure. So I did what any person should do. I suppose I humbly called my nearest UPS store to verify the shredding capabilities. It only came out to $3.98 and I actually rounded up so I would say that the price point for my peace of mind was more than well worth it JC had great customer service and apologize for the construction, but it was super easy to park right in front and I was in and out in a matter of moments. All in all, I'm glad that I called they had to verify the service was available and I appreciate JC for going above and beyond and reassuring me of the standard operating procedure for shredding documents at no point that I feel rushed or as though I was inconveniencing him with questions.
