Been going here for years..about 6 at least. Used to have amazing staff and good service. The staff seems to change very often and they've gotten rude. It's a bunch of young kids who don't know much about hookah. One even started arguing with me. They also rush you and if you're looking at the tobacco trying to decide which one, they will just stare at you and make you feel pressured to hurry up. read more

This shop is in New Brunswick not in Amsterdam but you can get a lot of the stuff that you need here if you need something fast and can't wait or don't want to order on the internet because it takes time or for whatever other reasons. it is a bit more expensive but they do have a wide selection of smoking accessories ;) here for all you're needs whatever they may be. the selection is amazing. the people that work here are very knowledgeable about the items they sell. it is conveniently located not far from the Rutgers university campus and other residential housing. parking is difficult so leave your car in the parking deck. the hours are really good they are open almost all the time. even longer the posted times. new Brunswick also has a number of smoking places which is one of the many reasons I love living here so much. read more

I went to this smoke shop yesterday and purchased some vape juice from a girl who knew nothing about a vape. The whole time this girl was on a speaker phone facetiming with her boyfriend, so I couldn't even ask any questions. She was to busy talking to her boyfriend to make a sale. She sold me a bottle of juice that she opened and didn't close correctly. She didn't even give me a bag, so the juice spilled inside my $2000 purse. I called them back and explained what happened she did not care at all. When I asked to speak to the manager she said no and hung up the phone. Customer service here is terrible do not go here. They are rude and uneducated about the products they are selling. read more

Used to really like this place. Can't say the same anymore. The glass there is terrible quality and overpriced. Please just buy directly from glass artists / manufacturers because this place jacks it up. And anything that isn't name-brand ends up being poorly made. I bought a piece last week and there are so many bubbles in the glass, the second I filled it with water there was a bubble that leaked... And of course when I called they said they couldn't do anything, even though I hadn't used it. Make sure you test these pieces with water while you're still in the store because this is a common problem!! Or just don't go there at all lol. People there were really nice and helpful but clearly management sucks! read more

Customer service is horrible. Bought a fairly expensive hookah, over $200. The hookah came in a case that's was missing a part. Clerk convince me it was the tongs that were missing and gave me a cheap replacement. This specific hookah must of been on the shelves for quit some time because it was very dusty and the case was dirty as well. You would of thought that before they sell you something they would like to clean it first, WRONG! Neither the less I still bought it Fourth Of July having people over the house that love hookah , why not. Realized a little later that the tube wasn't even the right one the whole setup was glass but the tube was plastic and very cheap. I called and spoke to the clerk about it,she basically had the attitude like hey dude that's yoyr problem we can't help and brushed me off. I ask to speak to a manager she said she didn't know wat time he's combing in and no she couldn't call him. I am new to smoking hookah but I'm very into it now. This is the worst smoke shop ever. I bought a water pipe here and by the time I got home from the shop, it broke. I did not even take it out or anything, the minute I unwrapped the water pipe the whole entire bottom was broken. I called the shop to address this issue and the lady I talked to was beyond rude to me. She hung up on me twice in the middle of talking and when I asked for the manager's information, I was told she did not have anything about him. I asked when I could come in to talk to the manager and I was given rude comments back. At this point I don't even care about the terrible water pipe they sold me, this place is just gross and rude. They rip people off and sell them cheap water pipes for triple the price they bought them and then there is no policy whatsoever if the product breaks. The glass is too thin and really bad material. I regret not looking at it sooner before buying it because it is a piece of s*it. DO NOT GO HERE EVER. read more

Bought an expensive vape pen here and it was cracked when I opened the package. I went back 5 mins later and they wouldn't let me exchange it, said I had to wait for the manager to come in. After 3 days of calling, I realized the manager is NEVER THERE. Went in the next day, and an employee told me to just call the manufacturer. Turns out it was a COUNTERFEIT!
