The counter staff are friendly enough but they are very strict on mailbox size and capacity. THe charges for additional services such as photocopying are extortionate. My current courier of choice…read more To be honest they are ok but nothing spectacular. Drivers can be surley and down right rude. Prices are not competetive and overall they are convenient as a stand in courier but are not a company you would choose to use on a permenant basis. The staff in the depot seem nice enough but i get the feeling the transport manager has little control over 1-2 of the drivers.
