Horrible horrible I booked a pre school graduation party two months in advance and paid in full. I called a week before the party to confirm time etc. and they said they would be here at 1:00 For my party which started at 2. The day of the party one o clock came and sent and they never showed. Our experience with them was fantastic. Bounce house combo with slide was delivered on time (with great communication from the driver as to when exactly they would arrive); sno-cone machine with all accessories were delivered and set-up as well. I was busy hurrying around getting last minute items ready for a party for 80 people and these guys got everything ready and set-up with minimal instructions/supervision. All equipment was in great shape and the kids (and some adults) at our party had a blast in the bouncer. Great experience! Highly recommend! read more

Horrible experience, unprofessional and absolutely disappointing I think I would give less than one star rating for this company, I hired them for two waterslides for my kids party(pre paid) and eventually when they turned up the day of the party, they turned up with just one waterslide and said their other water slide was broken and without notifying me that they will have no more a toddler slide. I had bunch of upset kids and when I called the Manager Paul he was the most rude person yelling at his team and then at me over the phone. I wish I could give this company negative stars! I paid in full up front and THEY NEVER SHOWED UP!! They called in the morning and said they would be late. They were supposed to show up at 11:30am, it's 3:30pm and no water slide. The party has ended and we had lots of disappointed kiddos. read more

Booked and paid deposit for inflatable obstacle course in January for carnival in June. Two weeks before, paid balance. Week before, signed all waivers, confirmed delivery. Event started at noon and they told us to expect delivery from 9-10. 11:00, no one arrives. Call the office. Dispatcher says driver will contact me. 11:30, driver calls to say they will be an hour late. Hour later, no one arrives. 1:00 (hour into an event with 600 people), I call again. Driver says he is still in Arlington. I told him just don't bother; by the time they arrived in Seattle and set up the inflatable, the event would be over. I told him I expected a full refund immediately. Now it's the next day, still no call from the company, no apology, no refund. Don't ever work with this company. read more

Great experience. Arrived on time to drop off and pick up equipment. Bounce houses were clean. We rented a 4 in 1 bounce house, mini golf and skee ball - all the games were enjoyed. The team that set it up explained all the little details before leaving which was very helpful. read more

Never Ever Rent from this company!! I rely heavily on reviews to help decide who to use or where to go. This experience was so bad and unacceptable, I truly felt compelled to share our story. We rented a double water slide for my daughters birthday on Saturday at 1pm. They delivered Friday night due to their business schedule. This was an awesome idea. Upon inflating Friday night, it was discovered the liner that goes in the pool at the bottom of the slide was missing. Our driver said he'd be back around 8:30am Sat morning with the liner. At 10:30am I called on his ETA. He stated they were busy, he was not close and would get to our house by 1:15pm. No apology. I reminded him I had a party starting at 1pm that ended at 4pm for 11 kids. At 1:30 we called the driver. He said he'd be a our house in an hour. Still no apology, just down a driver. With 11 kids getting frustrated and running around my house in their swim suits,we attempted to plug in the hose to try and create some water fun only to find out the place where you screw in the hose was stripped. We put duct tape around the hose and there was a little water on the slide for kids to play but they landed right in the grass due to no liner in the pool. At 3:20 pm, the driver arrived, put on the liner, didn't fix the hose and left. We then discovered he brought the wrong size liner because every time the kids slid down, the velcro pulled off, scratching their backs. So I paid over close to $400.00 for a broken water slide that was used for 30 min. Parents showed up to get kids at 4pm. Two different drivers came back later that night to load up the water slide. We were told they don't give refunds and someone from management would call by Thursday. After no call on Thursday, I called and was told someone would call me back that day. That was 3 days ago. Don't commit to taking care of your customers if you have no intention of taking care of your customers. This company is unreliable, horrible customer service, broken/unacceptable equipment and has no regard for how disruptive and unprofessional their business is to their customers. read more

Ordered & Payed in full Last month for a Photo Booth to be delivered to an evening 8th gr graduation Party of over 200 kids. I called the company Friday morning about delivery, left a message with no return call. Saturday arrived I called 2 times early during the day & left a message with the delivery #. No return call. Started panicking & calling constantly with my husband calling as well 30min before the event started. No return call & no answer from dispatch just went straight to voicemail & eventually even the main number wouldn't do anything. Also posted to their FB page. My Photo Booth NEVER arrived. No explanation & still nothing the next day but they did send me an email asking me to rate their service! This is the simplest thing to deliver! Literally 10min tops! I'll never use them again & I plan large parties like this yearly. I want a refund ASAP!!! read more
