I wrote a whole review about how terrible they are and agents cant be bothered to take your calls, making the receptionist handle it, but yelp wouldn't let me submit a detailed review. they were terrible, impossible to get an agent on the phone. would only allow me to speak to the receptionist when what I wanted was to add a home to my policy. nope, couldn't be bothered. then when I said, I'm not doing this, I will go elsewhere, agent then calls back and says, we must have gotten cut off. lady, stop telling fibs. you never took my call and you know I said, yeah, this doesn't work for me to have the receptionist be the go between - I'm going to a different agent. imagine. telling the customer a lie about the conversation they were part of. I'm sure will be real great when it comes to a claim. NO THANK YOU. read more

I've been using USAA for years. After I got out of the military I started looking around for different insurance companies to see the difference. She was genuinely helpful. She helped me with car, renter and even had appointment set up to go over my new job coverage in person. What a genuine and human approach to the whole process. (Never got that at USAA) Glad I switch and tried a different company and it was cheaper and better coverage. From someone new in the area, I appreciate the help. After many years of claim-free relations with State Farm, 2018 has been the year of the Tsunami. First, a homeowners catastrophe to the tune of $100,000. due to a burst pipe - the policy with a State Farm agency in Scottsdale. Then, just a week ago, someone t-boned and totaled my 2015 Prius. This time, my policy was through Amy's office.The difference between how things were handled was dramatic. I am astonished at the speed my claim has been dealt with by Amy and the local adjuster, and in a most favorable way. More important, with each conversation I was asked how I felt - if there were any lingering medical issues. When I had a question, Amy was on the line with the answer. She stayed on a three-way call with the adjuster to be certain I understood and was satisfied with what I was being told. I cannot recommend Amy's office any more highly! read more
