I called back and requested that my call be directly connected to a representative since listening to the legal and ads are time consuming and tedious. This is when I was told it was company policy to have all callers listen to the messages. I responded , telling them my time was valuable, as is all persons time and if they had no more respect for my time than to force me to wait through a legal and ads that I would be taking my business elsewhere.
