I ended up with some bad Christmas wrapping paper and needed to get some on the fly. I stopped in here 30 minutes before closing, on December 16. Every employee, I interacted with was extremely kind and caring and assisted me to wear all of the holiday wrapping would be. All of my items were very neatly wrapped and bagged. I did not feel any urgency to leave the store even though they were closing soon. I walked around the store until about two minutes to closing and remembered how much I loved the Hallmark store so many cute finds. This order had 8 grape size strawberries that had a rotten taste. The one from Henderson was 6 huge strawberries and beautifully dipped. We also got a mini keylime cheesecake. The one from this location had a rotten strawberry on top. The Henderson location was wrappped nicely and topped with an edible strawberry. The difference in the two boxes that my sisters received for Mother's Day was mind blowing. If the product is not right do not send it out. DO BETTER!!! Take some tips from the Henderson location.
