This truck is located in the Food Truck Park in Waikiki. Parking is really difficult to find. We got lucky and found street parking right away. Make sure you don't park at 7-11 because they will tow your car. There's also parking across the street at a structure and it's $10. Honestly, if you don't find street parking, just pay the $10. It's worth it. There are plenty of tables and benches. While I was waiting for food from another truck I saw Amy's Shrimp truck and saw you could order headless shrimp per lb. I was craving it and decided to give it a try. I ordered 1lb headless spicy garlic shrimp. Service was decent, pretty straightforward. They take Google/Apple pay, cards, not sure about cash, I assume they do. I waited a few minutes, maybe 10, and got my order. A lb of shrimp comes with about 12 to 14 shrimp. It does have a lot of garlic (see picture), which I love. It wasn't spicy at all. But it was super greasy. I usually like to eat the garlic and sauce, but had to pass on this one because of how greasy it was. One thing I did like was that the shrimp wasn't overcooked. Overall, I don't think I would get it again, but I'm glad I did. Next time, I would probably try something else from here. They have other menu items to choose from.
