The pain got worst over a one year period. I have cement floors in half my house. Chris advice was to never walk bare-footed from the moment of waking up to the time I went to bed. Well after following his advice the pain slowly ebbed over a six month period and I am now totally pain free and the only cost was a pair of in house slippers with good support. Asked at front desk before going back if I could use the steam room/sauna after the massage too hoping it would be heated by then and the woman at the front desk said yes. The massage was not even a massage, no pressure, just light fingers that tickled and put me on edge even though I kept asking for more pressure. She kept stopping abruptly every few minutes to walk across the room for a few squirts of lotion or oil so a lot of the massage time was spent walking back and forth. The sauna and steam room had both been turned off during the massage so were barely 75 degrees when I went to sit in them after so just gave up, got dressed and left. Left very, very cold, not relaxed after spending $100. So bummed! I'm not picky and would have been happy if just one of the services had been only mediocre!
