I went in to exchange something for my nephew. He had called earlier and was told the item he…read morewanted would be put aside with my name. Unfortunately the first person I approached was the store manager on Thursday morning. I found her officious, snarky/rude and she tried to make me feel less than intelligent. In no way was her manner helpful, but I got the distinct impression I annoyed her. She couldn't have been less welcoming. Fortunately her staff, that I later dealt with , were pleasant. One of her issues with me was that I had my visa receipt but she needed another receipt as well. It turns out that they had to go in the back to pull up the information they needed.
