You will never hear from these people and they will never help you. Oh but they will gladly jack up your rates to $280 despite being quoted $180. Find another insurance. NOT GET THIS INSURANCE The prices are alright; in addition, you can find cheaper prices somewhere else. The problem with this company is they have poor customer service. Every time I call, it takes 20-30 minutes to talk to anybody regarding to anything. The representatives are very rude. They don't try to help you or make things a lot easier. Even when I speak with a manager or supervisor, the situation doesn't get settled. I am a huge person on customer service. When I am at work, I treat people how I want to be treated. Whoever works in customer service knows that's what they were trained for. If someone can't do their job right, they should find another job that fits there personality. read more

Worst insurance ever! It's been over a month and I still don't have my car back! I was the only one in the car and they need to verify I was the driver!! No one ever answers a phone or responds to an email! Even the auto body shop is frustrated! My car is sitting there with the body work done for over a week but need the alignment fixed and no one can seem to respond! I time I got ahold of my adjusters supervisor (out of pure luck) and she said sorry your adjuster is new.... So he's new and that's why it's taken over a month for 2200 bucks in damage!!??? I'm paid in full on my insurance and I'll be shopping around ASAP so when my policy is done so am I!!! read more

The worse insurance ever! Got involve wit a hit and run and 3 month later my car is still in their stupid auto body shop.does it take that long to just fix the fuckin bumber of the car???
