We showed up to the appointment and were told we would not be meeting with that officer but with another who also wasn't there. We were kept waiting in a conference room alone for over 30minutes only to have a very nervous and inexperienced assistant with us who couldn't answer any questions. There's always an issue at this branch. Whether something is down or the person there can't…read moreactually help with an issue. There was fraudulent activity on my account apparently so they just block my card without any notice. Very inconvenient but can't do a thing until they're actually open. I went in for a new card after I was told I could an hour before but the machine was down. The women behind the counter was obviously nervous by me for whatever reason? Just odd and unfriendly all around!
