We showed up to the appointment and were told we would not be meeting with that officer but with another who also wasn't there. There was fraudulent activity on my account apparently so they just block my card without any notice. Very inconvenient but can't do a thing until they're actually open. I went in for a new card after I was told I could an hour before but the machine was down. The women behind the counter was obviously nervous by me for whatever reason? Just odd and unfriendly all around!
