I contracted them to trim my apple tree and remove some cedar shrubs. They came several months…read moreahead of time to estimate that job. As this was a small job they would get to it in between jobs. As the summer was quite wet it took several months to come to the site for the job. They scheduled the job but missed the scheduled day by about a week without notice. The day they came, they trimmed the tree quite poorly (basically chopped the top off), and left the stumps for the cedar shrubs even though I asked them to remove the stumps. I emailed the manager and complained, the manager was quite sympathetic and had the supervisor of the crew call me to resolve. The supervisor was argumentative and dismissive of my complaints. He offered no resolution other than they can come back and re-do the job (note this is an hourly contract - so additional costs) by taking direction from me. I'm not a licensed arborist - that is why I hired them. I said I'll take care of what was missed, not offered any compensation or discount. I was very disappointed. I would not use this company again.

As always, the response from the company was prompt, as was the work itself. The crew made sure that the required job was completed efficiently and in the most professional, able and satisfactory manner. These folks know what they're doing. I am MORE then disappointed with this company! I started…read moresearching out landscape companies to do a power raking on my 1 acre yard the beginning of April 2017. I found Bryon at Superior Landscapes and asked him to come and do a quote. He came out in a timely manner and provided me a quote. I accepted this quote and asked him to let me know when they would start work for the spring. I was told by Bryon that I was scheduled for my job the end of april or beginning of may (weather permitting) he said as date gets closer he will keep me informed. I said OK just try to give me 24 hours notice as I have a dog in the yard sometimes etc. Great! Nope...So on May.07 when I had not heard anything I sent Bryon an email inquiring if they have a scheduled date for my power raking yet. He responded..'We are working diligently on getting all jobs completed within a specific time frame, your property is scheduled for mid-june' ...ok well far cry from end of april to beginning of may but I understand they are busy. At the end of the message it stated... 'should this time frame NOT work for you please let us know' OK great well mid june worked for us so I felt no need to follow up. May 30 I sent another email to Bryon confirming that we were still on track for mid-june and if they had a more specific date yet? I received a email back saying.. 'sorry as we did not hear back from you we assumed this time frame did not work and we are now completed all spring cleans for the season. WHAT??! Well that's just great! I emailed back letting him know how disappointed I was with this situation and that they had now left me high and dry for this service as all other contractors were telling me June was too late to do a power rake. I asked them to somehow make this right and follow through with their quote etc. Bryon messaged me back saying he would have a 'peer' company come out the next day and complete the work. Awesome! No not really.. when I message back to confirm that I would be home and I was thankful for his help rectifying the situation I ask to clarify that this work was still be done as discussed and for the pricing quoted etc. He told me that he could not guarantee pricing as that company had their own pricing etc. So they would do the work but pricing might not be the same... What a friggin run around! I was so upset I told him to forget it and that I was not interested any longer. SO I did not receive power raking for the season now even though I had planned ahead and booked way back in the beginning of APRIL!! -Please be wary of this contractor he seems to make promises he can not keep and is quick to throw jobs out the window.
