Anchored Therapy Centre - Individual and Couples Therapy is a group practice that was established to support individuals, teens, families, and couples that are struggling with anxiety, anger, stress, relationship issues, grief, trauma, life-transition, and other issues. We provide in-person and virtual services at our two location Georgetown and Mississauga.

Meet the Business Owner: Joseph B.

Joseph is kind, warm, supportive, positive, and passionate about helping clients heal, grow, and connect. He is registered with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario. Joseph has exceptional knowledge and skills in addressing various mental health challenges through his inclusive education and professional work in the mental health field. Joseph works with individuals and couples and customizes sessions to their uniqueness and needs. He believes that no one size fits all, as he acknowledges that his clients deserve to be in a safe, non-judgmental space and to feel heard, valued, and supported. Joseph strives to meet his client with warmth and empathy while providing support and guidance as they work together to achieve goals.
